Had Mr. Lock out to open one lock and said it would be $75. After unlocking door said amount was $175!!! I said ok gave credit card and then checked my account two days later and the charge was $190.10!!!!! Called and spoke with a person by the name of Gloria and she spoke with supervisor? and said that they were sorry that it was charged. I asked for $115. back on credit card and she stated it would be done. They said they really sorry that it happened BUT HERE IT IS 5 DAYS LATER AND MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED!! I call and was told the price is $40 for the service call and $55 for the work. The man showed up and open the truck very quickly and i was very pleased until he told me the price is $325. I asked him why and he told me to file it on my insurance to get my money back. I asked him why the big increase on the price and he said I have to pay him to drive out and back and it is a 40 mile trip to my house. Needed a locksmith in the middle of the night was about 10:30 11:00 p.m. I sent out a request via Yelp and immediately got a response back from Mr Lock. I believe the technician's name was Omar I could be wrong, Omar was fast and responsive, friendly was in constant contact with me, arrived on time, amazing service, not to mention for being an after hours call and everything the price that I was charged with incredibly affordable even with it being an after-hours call late at night and all of that it was still 200 and something dollars cheaper than going to a dealership and getting it cut and programmed.. He was able to cut and program my key within maybe 10-15 minutes it was pretty cold out and he sat out there with the truck and did what he had to do. The value of service was way BEYOND my expectation I will definitely be recommending and using Mr Lock in the future.
