    My mother had an issue getting into a property where keys were lost. Turbo key smith got here super fast and was very kind and helpful

The second time I called (dead battery - also a victim of the heat), they were NOT pleasant or kind and I was told maybe they could make it out in a few hours. So I went with someone else, and I'm glad I did. So Allways is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are good and kind and sometimes they are rude and unhelpful. I have no clue what the difference was between the first time and the second time I called. I'm willing to give them more chances since the first time was so good. But honestly, if the second experience had been my first time with them, I would never call them again. With a 25 year old car, sometimes I will need towing. I know this, and I am willing to pay for it. But when you're spending well over $100 for a tow, you kinda expect a wee bit of politeness. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT 24 hour towing, either, depending on who you talk to. The first time, they asked if I wanted to pay the emergency tow charge or wait until rates dropped at 9:00 am. Since I knew my car would take a week to repair, I was willing to wait for the rates to drop to the daytime rate. The second time, I was totally willing to pay the night time tow charge, and was told point-blank they did not tow before 10:00 am, and they MIGHT be able to get to my place around 10:30. So, when you call, you're taking your chances on whether you get a polite person or a rude person. 9/28/23 - OK, cracked CV boot, going to try them for a 3rd time - let's see how it goes this time.

    Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

I found out a week ago from a customer service rep that they have not been able to pick up any monitoring at the clinic. Therefore, if anyone broke into my clinic they would not be able to pick up the break in....!!!! So what exactly have I been paying for and how long have they not been able to monitor my clinic??? I called their customer service today and spoke with Taylor. I told her that I needed to know what my current balance is. I also told her I wanted to cancel my service at the clinic. She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR JUNE WHEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP ANY MONITORING AT THE CLINIC AT ALL. Does this make any sense at all. I have owned my clinic since 1995. I work hard for my money. I have given them 14yrs...!!! This company is a shit hole of a company. We will be reporting them to the BBB also. I will be canceling the coverage at our house also.
