Told him a little about what was happening and told him I was going to work on getting a tow. Your results may vary, but from my experience, anything related to car repair as a woman who knows nothing about cars can be really stressful. I don't know enough to discern if they're telling me the right thing or taking advantage. They showed me the codes. Asked if I knew how certain things worked. Literally explained to me in a way that I could actually understand what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. AMAZING!!!
