Public Storage was the easiest company to work with as everything was online, including the rental agreement. While I was upset about the requirement of rental insurance, it is a peace of mind that should anything happen, my stuff is covered. The only couple criticisms I have are the need for their lock, a normal pad lock doesn't work, so an extra charge. The other criticism is not having a map to the unit within the facility. While my unit is outside access, it still took me a moment to find it. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone that needs a storage unit.

Broken into and robbed twice…read more Never thought I would have to write a review for a storage company, but my trailer has been broken into twice. Once by another tenant. Second time someone cut through the fence and broke into three other trailers. Not a safe place to keep your belongings. To make it even worse, they don't reimburse for your loses or offer any sort of help, despite raising rents. There insurance doesn't cover you for anything. Please avoid at all costs and put your money somewhere else.

The bill is due the first of the month; however, they do not send monthly statements, bills, or even reminders. If you pay the bill on the 1st (the due date), they will charge a $10 fee. Again, the units are nice, but if anything goes wrong, I wouldn't count on the service. I would recommend looking at all untils in the area before settling on this one.
