I…read morewas approved with no issues, the issue came when I tried to link my bank info and their site. problem was their site doesn't work. When I called in to get this taken care of there Customer support rep couldn't have been ruder, she refused to help or give me and suggestions, so I asked to speak to someone more intelligent than her, after calling her out I asked to speak with her manager, she was initially nice but same thing said she didn't know what to do, so I hung up, I called again to understand why they were so rude, I got another manager on the phone and he said "Don't call me again, you are forever denied, and we will never work with you again"---There was literally no reason for this, and as for Jake or Jack, you are an a** hole, you have no respect for customers or solving issues. Honestly save your self the headache and go somewhere that isn't sketchy and give loans to who they like.

This "corporation" is so shady, and they really don't know how to keep long time customers,or…read moreemployees for that matter, aside from the manager. They have some sort of restriction on my type of debit card (yes, it's on their end), so I have to physically go in every month to pay my balance. Well, this month, I was out of state, and actually called to tell them I would be in to pay as soon as I got back to town. They said it was fine, and they would give me an extension. Yet, when I went in to pay, I was told I had to pay a late fee, quite rudely. Yet, they never mentioned said late fee on the phone, only that they would grant me an extension. I really regret doing business with this place, and now I get why they are constantly begging for referrals every month. I will definitely be going above to Corporate, and paying this off as quickly as I can!

From the moment I came in, the two employees helping me were absolutely amazing -- kind, patient, and very informative. They walked me through everything step by step, made sure I understood all the details, and went above and beyond to help me get more than I thought I could. What really impressed me is how convenient their system is: once you pay back any portion of it, it automatically rolls into a new loan if you need it.
