When I called in to get this taken care of there Customer support rep couldn't have been ruder, she refused to help or give me and suggestions, so I asked to speak to someone more intelligent than her, after calling her out I asked to speak with her manager, she was initially nice but same thing said she didn't know what to do, so I hung up, I called again to understand why they were so rude, I got another manager on the phone and he said "Don't call me again, you are forever denied, and we will never work with you again"---There was literally no reason for this, and as for Jake or Jack, you are an a** hole, you have no respect for customers or solving issues.
