The process of obtaining a mortgage is something one rarely does but it always seem to be…read morechallenging with lots of invasive questions into your financials, cold and impersonal agents, lots of delays, and very stressful; at least with my past experiences. But not with Guaranteed Rate! They were professional, warm, and very helpful. I worked with Melinda McCaslin and her team and they guided me through the process from pre-approval to closing, then afterwards setting up online accounts to ensure payments are scheduled. I get stressed very easily with annoying agents who don't know what they are doing and I was never stressed at all with Melinda and her team. I hardly knew that the team was busy in the background securing our mortgage. I highly recommend the Guaranteed Rate team. Their customer service was top-notch and I have respect for the way they handled our mortgage and treated us well.

I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central…read moreCredit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. A man by the name of Bridger in their fraud department, though I was informed by a specialist in their organization just yesterday that they would not withhold the stimulus money because they recognize how important it is, said he was going to override that and not give it to me. I insisted that was not correct and they asked me to come to the branch and they should honor that since I tried to avoid this even before it was deposited and they wouldn't let me close the account. BRIDGER THEN HANGS UP ON ME AND WHEN I CALL BACK TO REPORT HIS BEHAVIOR TO HIS SUPERVISOR HE ANSWERS THE CALL AND THREATENS MY FREEDOM BY STATING THAT IF I COME BACK TO ANY BRANCH AGAIN I WILL BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. HE THEN HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN. Because he was acting inappropriately with me I was insisting to speak with his supervisor in a more animated fashion and then the branch manager comes down to the lobby where only I was and threatens me with police as well if I don't leave. I clearly told her I was on the phone with members of her organization that were wronging me and instead of offering help, she threatened my liberty as well if I did not leave. Is this really how we want our community to be treated? Also, when in the past did an employee think they had the authority to keep a customer from ever coming to the establishment again? Extraordinary Customer Service and Efficiency!!…read more My Fiancé and I, having been in desperation of cash as fast and soon as possible for bills, my mind was zinged with the thought of heading over to Moneytree. We both walked in not knowing what to really expect, especially with the blatancy that these places don't work, being greeted by a downright amazing customer-friendly lady, Jenni! She was enthusiastic to help us, appearing to be already prepping for us before we walked in the doors--there being glass windows around the perimeter of the front of the building-- Jenni exclaimed very positively, "How are you two doing today?" We responded with, "We are doing great! How have you been on this nice day today?" "I'm doing great, much better now that I have some lovely people to help today! Thank you for ending my boredom!!" Jenni said happily. The conversation between is became even more delightful with every passing moment! We were able to accomplish our goal and get the money that we needed very efficiently. Jenni did an amazing job in making sure that all of the details of the loan were explained and even gave us some suggestions to help us with paying it off with as little to no penalty to the two of us at all! Jenni gave us suggestions on places to continue to search for more loans per our request and gave us a list of places from the top of her head! Jenni has been with Moneytree since 1998 and is by far the most customer-friendly, positive, informative, and friendly lender or associate I have ever been in contact with! Thank you Jenni!! You deserve an amazing journey as the days grow long and the years become longer. Please keep up the extraordinary work ethic and attitude! You are well on your way in life! Thank you Jenni!!!
