Really disappointed in this place. I used to loyally go here all the time for a variety of…read moreservices. Well, unfortunately during one of their "sales" I had fell victim to the alluring scam of buying a whole vial of filler ($700!) in advance for a small discounted price. Well, life happens. Due to medical reasons along with moving states, I no longer opt to get filler and I am physically unable to get there. They will not give me my money back. No "fault" of their own... "policies" etc... However, as a small business owner myself, unique situations have to be considered. If a customer literally moved states and could not medically get said procedure anymore, I would personally give them their money back. Especially for such a significant amount of money... I feel like I just got robbed. Sad to leave this place a negative review but even sadder to see their lack of humanity given certain circumstances.

I receive Karyn's emails and I noticed there were some spa specials this month. I decided to take…read moreadvantage of the infrared sauna /massage combo for $75. It was money well spent! This is the first time that I have been to this location and I really like it. The reception area is very nice. I was greeted by Nancy. She is very helpful and delightful. She set me up in the infrared sauna room. The sauna in this room is a very comfortable size. I liked that the door to the sauna had a window the length of the door. I have been in a few infrared saunas over the years and they seemed more closed in and one kind of reminded me of an outhouse. This one was very pleasant. Plan to just relax in this one--it is too hot to use your phone and does not have lighting to read a book. There was another infrared sauna in a massage room and I understand that one has lighting, but it is a bit smaller. In my past experiences with infrared saunas, I don't remember feeling the need for a shower immediately afterward---nor did those places offer that option. Unfortunately, Karyn's doesn't offer that option either and I really wish they did! Their infrared sauna does a very good job. They had plenty of towels available and a nice terry robe but a shower would have been really nice, especially since my massage was scheduled after the sauna. The sauna was 30 minutes and the massage was deep tissue for 50 minutes. Ecaterina was my massage therapist. She is very nice but is very serious when it comes to working on knotted muscles! She did a really good job. I enjoyed my visit to Karyn's today and look forward to my next visit - - they have added reflexology and I'd like to give that a try. I just will be booking any infrared sauna sessions last and plan on going straight home :)

No one even called me to let me know this. I dove all the way out there and not a phone call to reschedule or anything. On top of that the ladies were unprofessional because they were taking personal calls. At that point I was done I was going to reschedule but after that disappointing situation I'm not bothering with her services. Her products are good but the customer service is trash. They offered a discount when as I was leaving but I don't even want any type of service from them at this point.

I came in to LuxeSkin for a HydraFacial, and let me tell you - the whole experience from start to…read morefinish was EXCELLENT. First, scheduling was very easy. I opted to make my appointment over the phone, but there's also an online scheduling option, if that works best for you. Maddy took my call and answered any questions I had, and was sweet and professional to work with. I was also sent a text reminder, which I appreciated and shows that they are interested in using up to date scheduling technology, which is a really good sign. Second, the medspa itself. The entry is around the back of the building, which I imagine is important for anyone wanting to be more discrete. Inside, the space was clean and beautiful - it has a relaxing atmosphere and doesn't feel overly clinical. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage, and then was ushered into a second waiting comfy room to fill out my intact paperwork. The music is typical relaxing spa music and they have it at just the right volume throughout the spa. After I filled out my paperwork, Maddy (who just happened to also be doing my facial!) came in and we talked about some of my skin concerns and goals, she was extremely knowledgeable and also just so sweet and friendly, she put me immediately at ease (this was my first HydraFacial). Next, the treatment itself. First off: the treatment room was a great temperature, no harsh overhead lights, and again that relaxing spa music. I changed into the little robe I was given and settled onto the gloriously warm treatment table. The next 50 minutes were just pure bliss, as Maddy expertly did each step of the Elite HydraFacial. It was much gentler than I had expected, like a tiny vacuum on my face. In between, I believe she was putting different serums on, and she did the red LED light for inflammation and anti aging. It was all just so wonderful and relaxing. Maddy was amazing! Afterwards my skin was as soft as a baby's bum, and it wasn't at all red or blotchy, which also surprised me! I went to lunch immediately afterwards without feeling the least bit self conscious, and in fact felt that "celebrity glow" that's so elusive. I also bought a couple of the products Maddy suggested and am already feeling the difference in my skin. TL;DR - I would absolutely recommend Luxeskin spa, and am looking forward to trying more of their services. Especially if you're looking for a facial to do before a big event like a wedding, the HydraFacial Elite at this medspa is the way to go!
