Dr. Katsaros is thorough, honest, and takes the time to explain options, costs, medications, and realistic recovery expectations. I never felt rushed or uninformed. What really stands out is his holistic approach to care. He treats the whole patient, not just the surgery. During post-op visits, he identified low vitamin D levels affecting my recovery and has also been supportive in addressing my insomnia. I also can't say enough about Celia, the nurse and office manager. She handles scheduling, payments, prescriptions, and follow-ups with incredible efficiency. I've seen offices with far more staff that are far less organized. Celia is responsive, compassionate, and truly keeps the practice running smoothly. Highly recommend Dr. Katsaros and his team.

I was hoping to have a service performed right away, but we were told that we needed an appointment. That was fine, since we live in the area anyways. I made an appointment to get a Neurotoxin treatment for the next day, which was Friday, 04/19/2024 at 10:00 am. Luckily, they were able to get me on the schedule that fast. When I returned for my appointment, I was instructed to fill out forms. After I finished, we were guided to the back by Alexa Campbell. She evaluated my face and went over my options. I ended up going with the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Initial Treatment and she recommended 22 units total for the zones I wanted to target. Each unit was $10.00. Since I was a new customer, I was given 20% off for my treatment, so it only ended up being $176.00. That was awesome. The treatment didn't cause me too much pain and definitely didn't take very long. My head felt heavy for a little bit, but it quickly subsided. It was recommended to have the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Follow Up Treatment two weeks later. I scheduled mine for Wednesday, 05/01/2024 at 10:00 am. The customer service was pleasing and professional during my time there. I recommend Alexa for a Xeomin treatment for sure! Overall, this place didn't disappoint. The price for my treatment was friendly in my opinion. I would love to explore this place more! Date of service: 19-Apr-2024

I called to pay the balance of my daughters' bill and was lied too by her receptionist about an unknown fee. When I asked to speak with a Manager when she got caught in a lie, she placed me on hold for well over 10 minutes. I then tried calling back and noone answered the phone. Instead I got a text that someone would call me back. Noone did. The sad part is these young people represent the doctor and then they wonder why they are losing business. The treatment given didn't even work for my daughter but I was still trying g to do the right thing and pay the difference for the service. I guess they don't need the money.
