My friend was using Groupon for the service and was treated awfully at the end. A staff member brought another staff member out to coerce them into a tip LARGER than 20% after my friend was already putting their card down to tip 20%. They made us feel like we weren't paying for the service even though it was fully paid for! I honestly felt afraid that they would threaten to call the police. I later found out that they pulled down my friend's pants during the standard massage service? I still have questions about that! If you anyone sees this business on Groupon, do NOT buy. They do not respect Groupon customers

The owner treats Groupon customers like second class people. My girlfriend went into the shop recently and had several issues. These being: 1: no one attended to her until 10 minutes past her massage appointment started. 2: the massage didn't start for an additional 10 minutes after that. 3: she was shortchanged by a half hour. After catching on and calling it out, only then did they offer to finish the deal as was payed for. Steer clear. They apparently want your money without actually being deserving of it. She helped all my problem areas and some that I didn't know I needed which really only comes from an experienced professional & it gave me a ton of relief. I felt like I was getting what my muscles needed vs going there only to simply relax. She definitely cares & knows what she's doing and made me feel completely renewed & I really appreciate that.
