Whenever I am in Medina visiting my cousins, I force them to take me here. You would be nuts not to love this store. They have everything you could ever want as far as paper products are concerned and the prices are insanely cheap. They have one huge room full of just envelopes. All shapes, all sizes, all colors. A room full of card stock. A room of party supplies. A room of art and drafting supplies. A room full of bags... this was a personal favorite on this last visit. They had banana bags for 15 cents, donut and french fry bags for 3 cents, hot/cold bags for 10 cents. Unbelievable! They also sell all types of food and beverage containers. I got an entire sleeve of french fry cups for $1.75. What on Earth will I do with 50 french fry cups? No clue but I wanted them! If you enjoy scrapbooking, they have scrapbook paper and stickers galore. Teaching supplies, writing tablets, all types of writing utensils (all colors of Sharpies!), so so so much great crap. Literally. You can get holiday cards for 15 cents. It's just crazy. I am excited just writing this. I got 4 bags of fun for $35. I'm depressed that there isn't a comparable store in Indianapolis. This is a true gem of a store.

ROBBERY Update:…read more After my trailer was broken into approx 2 weeks ago at VALLEY STORAGE in Medina, Ohio, I finally had some time to make my way to VALLEY STORAGE to move my trailer to a different company for storage. So, as I pull up to the MAIN ENTRANCE to VALLEY STORAGE on Sat (today) to take my business & trailer elsewhere, what do u think I find ??? THE MAIN GATE FOR ENTRY & EXIT IS WIDE OPEN AND STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION !!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ROBBERY THAT AFFECTED CLOSE TO 10 CLIENTS and losing probably close to 100,000+ dollars in merchandise, equipment, etc. the main is gate for entry and exit is STUCK WIDE OPEN !!! This is how much they care about their clients !!! It's bad enough that I lost close to 10,000 dollars in stolen equipment and damage to my business trailer but there were also about 9 other clients that were affected as well. This included a trailer stolen right off the lot and hasn't been seen since !!! I couldn't believe it !!! These are the measures VALLEY STORAGE takes to insure your property & valuables ??? I immediately call their office and receive an answering machine in which I left a message and then proceed to call the Medina Police Department. HEY, VALLEY STORAGE ---- that's called being PROACTIVE !!! WHAT ABOUT INSTALLING A NEW GATE ??? The current gate is old and always malfunctions !!! WHAT A JOKE !!! Medina Police showed up and we had a nice discussion. After about 10 minutes I left and Medina Police drove through to check the place out. Again, VALLEY STORAGE FAILS !!! I'm doing my part and communicating to all about how this place operates. I'm reporting facts, you decide if you want to store at this place. SHAME ON YOU AGAIN, VALLEY STORAGE !!!!!

The entire time my things were stored the staff was very friendly. However, my dad went to pick up…read moremy keys over a year ago for me because I was at work. Whoever was working had my dad sign my initials and signature. They should have faxed it to me or had me stop in. That was their first mistake. I was never given a copy and never able to read anything in the contact. After a year and a half ($58 a month) I go to remove my things and my new couch, new dresser and other items have mold on them! The landlord tells me it is in the contract that they recommend renter insurance. The contract I NEVER SIGNED. My family and I have rented several units while putting us 3 kids through college and NEVER had damage to our property let alone mold. The manager will not do anything to make this right so I am currently working with a lawyer. I would not recommend going here.
