They did a thorough job, disassembling all parts of each piece of furniture, wrapping up each meticulously. We have had 2 units for several years and have always had open communication with the manager. We…read morealways pay for our units 2 months at a time and appreciate the property management. We have been thanked by the manager for being such loyal customers. Today we went to the units to put stuff away and our locks were cut off and laying on the ground and their locks were on the doors. I have never been late on any payments or if I forgot to mail it I'd call the manager or she'd call me. I totally missed sending in our payments this time but I usually get a friendly reminder call because their computer program sends me late notices all the time due to their system not being able to process 2 months payments at a time and I've been told to ignore them by the manager. I am going to assume their is a new manager and possibly the friendly customer service, open communication may be lost as with so many businesses these days. You'd think if its a first offense after paying ahead a month for years you'd get a call before they just destroy your locks and forbid you access. I am so disappointed right now in their customer service at this time that I would certainly not recommend this location but hopefully things will change when they open on Monday.

I would go every now and again and sorted through boxes (garbage, donation and what I decided to keep. Once it was manageable the owner allowed me to move everything to a smaller unit. It was nice to know that anytime I needed something I could go and get it from the unit. One time I had a hard time opening the gate and the owner came by quickly to help me. He was always courteous. When it was time to move everything out of storage he was very kind. He thanked me for all the years that I had used his business. Honestly why am I the first to review this place? Private, easy to get too, hardware store next door if you need tape, locks, etc.
