We didn't want to leave all the paperwork there, even though it would be placed in a locked container, so we brought it all home and called the next day for an appointment for them to come to the house. If you have a lot to shred, it's definitely the way to go!! They come between 9am and 5 on and called the day before to give us a rough idea of when they would arrive. There were two guys and they were both great! It was very quick and easy considering we had 3 and a half of their big bins filled and they shred it right there at your home or office. You can even watch the shredding on a little monitor on the side of the truck, which I loved!

They said $1600 which included taking the debris away. They said they had a large truck. They came with 3 guys and the young lady I spoke with on the phone arrived an hour later then they said. They did call and let me know that they would be late. As soon as they got of the car one of the guys asked to use the bathroom. I hesitated because I was a bit taken back but I said yes as long as he takes his shoes off. We don't wear shoes in the house and their boots were very dirty. He said he would pee in the woods but he peed as he was walking down my driveway in his pants! They came with only brooms, rags and cleaning solution. Took them 5 hours and used my shopvac and left 3 inches of sludge, no they did not clean it out the shopvac! They also left 1/3 garbage said it didn't fit in their truck. Granted, they did a decent job of cleaning and got rid of the cobwebs and dirt and debris but I felt they came unprepared. It was very inefficient to have a service without vacuums or any cleaning machines. They also increased the fee $150 to $1750 which made it overpriced for the service since they only swept dry part of the floors. They left the sludge from the rain and said they have to charge another $600 to mop the floors. The cleaning solution they used has a very strong odor and it permeated the rest of the house. It gave me a terrible headache and made me dizzy. No, I would not use them again. I gave them 3 stars because they did a decent job of cleaning up most of the basement. If they had kept the estimate and taken away the debris, done a better job on the floors, worked more efficiently I would have rated them higher. I hired them because they had good google reviews even though I had lower estimates from other services.
