FileShred is the best. I called 4 different shredding companies and none compared to the services offered or the price for what Fileshred will do to make the shredding process a seamless experience. I had to close a business of 34 years in short order and I could not have done it without their assistance. Three years ago, after making some calls about service and pricing we used File Shred for the first time; we were very pleased. Earlier today, we had another GREAT experience with them: the owner answers the phone every time, (wow!), they come to your house in big truck, shred everything right there in front of you, (we greatly appreciate that added security), plus it's definitely the best price around, lastly, two huge bins took 15 minutes to shred. Peter, the owner, and Clint, the shredder, are both a pleasure to work with, we give them our highest recommendation. (All worth making the effort to write the review). read more

I had one of the best customer service experiences today ever! My father in-law passed away and he had an entire attic filled with personal paperwork that needed to be shredded. I called Fileshred on Friday and they were out to the house the very next day!!! Life saving! They shredded everything onsite and the price was unbeatable. If you ever need a service like this don't look elsewhere. A+++++ read more

I love this company! For $99.00 they came to my house and shredded my 9 boxes of old files. A much better price than I got from other companies. Their driver emptied my boxes into a bin that i'm told holds about 300 pounds of paper. I was also able to see the files get shredded with a tv screen on the side of the truck. They also came on the day I requested. I was very impressed with the entire process. read more

It would be great if they had a truck there for at least the last hour so you could watch it shred if you wanted to. We didn't want to leave all the paperwork there, even though it would be placed in a locked container, so we brought it all home and called the next day for an appointment for them to come to the house. If you have a lot to shred, it's definitely the way to go!! They come between 9am and 5 on and called the day before to give us a rough idea of when they would arrive. There were two guys and they were both great! It was very quick and easy considering we had 3 and a half of their big bins filled and they shred it right there at your home or office. You can even watch the shredding on a little monitor on the side of the truck, which I loved!
