Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They also moved me to an apartment about 15 years ago. They moved my elderly father when he was moving from a large apartment to an independent living facility (which included helping him pack the breakables), and has moved a close friend several times.
