I've had horrible storage facility experiences in the past but was impressed by my experience with this facility. The main item being, I didn't even need to interact with anyone to get this handled. We already had enough going on, so this convenience was VERY appreciated. After a quick yelp search, Buckeye State Storage popped up. I noticed they were literally minutes from Cleveland State which was super convenient for my cousin. I immediately went onto their website and reserved their move-in special, a 10x10 for $99. I instantly received a gate code, room #, and my cousin already had her own lock from the past that she held onto. She dropped her stuff off 20 minutes later. That was easy!

When I called, the person i spoke to said the manager forgot to stop automatic payments. Only the manager has authority to do that. He would send manager a message. 5 days later I was charged again. I called back and explained I was charged in error twice. I was assured that the manager would refund both payments. I received 1 if the refunds. I called 3 more times, each time speaking to someone at a call center who could only send manager an instant message. My 3 messages have been ignored. I'm still due 1 months rental refund.
