Secret Garden staff were friendly and efficient. They have rotating daily deals with hard copy menus. All cartridges are made in-house with custom battery's for purchase. Acting like he was annoyed with me for no reason then didn't even ask or acknowledge that I could've spun the wheel, it was wheel Wednesday and as soon as I purchased my product he moved to the next customer like I was annoying him. I did not get to spin the wheel at all. The service at secret garden is always great. I've been to several pot shops and this one never disappoints. I don't have a close relationship with the bud tenders but they are always so kind and helpful to everyone when I'm there. Some shops have little to no customer service and like to post prices online that aren't accurate to their store price (maybe a bait and switch idk). I've never worried about that when shopping at secret garden. Will definitely be shopping here over the ones closer to home! read more

I was verbally assaulted by another customer in the store because I wasn't wearing a mask. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. Plus a mask isn't a magical barrier that will keep you safe. I can't hold them responsible for another customer but I can hold them accountable for allowing the other customer to continue to verbally attack me while telling me to calm down or just walking away from the window and allowing the attack to occur. The whole time I'm shouting "keep your opinions to yourself!! Leave me alone!!!" The bud tender that was helping her not only didn't ask her to stop, he agreed with her!!! It wasn't until the woman was out the door, but holding it open so she could continue to verbally attack me, that the manager, Kevin, finally said something to her. The owner James comes outside to talk to me saying "I knew this was going to happen sooner or later but I'm sorry." Unfortunately, they are the closest dispensary to my house, so I've gone back. I've been inquiring about CBD products, especially straight CBD & no THC as I want to be able to take it across state lines when I move. I'm looking at non-edibles (I have food allergies). I'm asking questions about mg's & prices, etc, all the while people are coming in & out, my anxiety building each time the door opens, wondering if the next person in the door is going to say something about my lack of mask. I settle on some CBD capsules & pay for everything. I walk home, take everything out of my purse & see that the capsules he sold me do not contain CBD but are rather full of THC. I immediately call the store & notify them of what happened. I get told they legally can't take anything back (once it's left the store, there's nothing they can do) but they're willing to offer me 10% off of the correct product. They sell me the wrong product, can't take a return, won't give me my full price as a credit, & are only willing to offer a 10% discount. That sounds like a bait & switch to me. The manager on duty, Anna, tells me she will contact the GM & the owner & if one of the can't get back to me that day, she would call me to let me know. That was Sunday, early afternoon. Monday morning rolls around & I call the store since I never heard from anyone. I speak with the GM Kevin & he tells me they received an email about it but he & the owner were out of town for the weekend. He tells me that either he or the owner will call me back sometime that day. Tuesday morning rolls around & I still haven't heard from anyone. I call the store for a 3rd time & am told by the MOD, Rio, that Kevin had already left. I was given the owner, James' phone number. Having already called 3 times over 3 days, leaving my name & number each time, I sent a text message; 3 calls was enough. They had my number. They could've called me. Several hours go by & no one replies. That seemed like a clear message that they didn't want my business. Knowing I have built up 1000 points, enough to redeem a $20 discount, I decided to cash out my points, making it my last trip in. My interaction was very limited, me saying very little to the bud tender, just trying to get the product and get out of the store (& if this is disputed, check video footage, I know everything is recorded). Once I walked out of the store, I sent one final message to the owner letting him know how disappointed I was. About an hour later I get a reply from the owner saying he was disappointed that his staff wasn't able to help me & that he'd like to give me the CBD product I was looking for. He also inquired if I called him. I let him know that no I did not call, I thought 3 times over 3 days was enough. He replied but I didn't open. I saw that it was there but I didn't have time to go back to the store, so I figured I would open it when I did have time to go. I wake up to find 2 additional messages saying he was nothing but nice to me, good luck with my karma, etc. What warranted that kind of behavior? It went from him want to correct the mistake his staff made, to him telling me I'm going to need good luck with my karma, all happening overnight, without me even opening the message! That's a straight up temper tantrum! I reply telling him I'm so confused, I don't know what's happening. He replies by telling me to never come into his store again. All because I didn't open, read, and reply to his message in a manner he found timely. I came in and asked for an assortment of joints for $40 and I got 5 of the exact same joints and once I realized I did not get an assortment, I called and the only thing they could do was take two dollars off of the joints that I would have to buy. "Do Not Go To" - prerolls classified as .5 are not all .5 - bought 25 prerolls of 5 kinds and all 25 looked like they should be .5 but were various lengths. Same thing for all the other prerolls. They are NOT consistent in rolling so who knows if it's truly .5g prerolls or not? Who gets ripped off? Learn to pack your prerolls right as I was told you do it all there.
