This is now my sweetheart's favorite place to go for flower. He really loves their loyalty program. After an accumulation of 3,000 points you can get a 1/2 oz of flower for a dollar. The store is very attractive and I appreciate they have a comfortable waiting area. They also have a better parking lot than most other cannabis purveyors in town. Every Wednesday, raspberry roots has flower on sale, 30% off. However, on PFD day, when every other dispensary was having pfd day sales, they actually RAISED their prices. When I asked why, they said they raised prices specifically because of the PFD, which to me is blatantly taking advantage of their customers, unprofessional salesmenship and just bad customer service. Bad move Raspberry Roots, learn to value your customers more, put them first, and drop the shady business practices. read more

Terrible quality, passionless service, keep your money in state and do not shop at this dispensary. The owners do not even live in Alaska. They do not have a very good in-house selection because they grow some of the worst bud you've ever seen, the head grower has never smoked weed, perpetuating passionless product. Better off getting bud somewhere else. Their Extract game is pretty good, but it's just another AZ medical brand like AK Frost. The point system is cool though. Most shops I've been to I just feel iffy about it after, like they just want my money and want me to leave as quickly as possible, other places I've been to they don't seem very knowledgeable and even seemed annoyed if I ask any questions. That's not the case here! The staff is all super sweet and friendly, if I could I would love to sit and chat with them but they're always so busy I try to keep my visit short. They make sure to answer your questions, make recommendations, and offer up their own personal experiences and opinions, as well as mentioning customers feedback, to help make sure you get what's best for you. They seem very honest and so far haven't been afraid to say if something is bad or would be a poor choice for me, they almost make it feel like you're shopping with a friend. read more

Do not trust these guys. I spent well over a thousand dollars with them over the course of 2 months, never once buying anything other than bud to be smoked. So what do these guys do to show they appreciate a loyal customer? Oh well they sell me $70 of trimmings that are to be used at best for edibles all while claiming it is shake. I call and speak with them and after 3 employees it is blatantly obvious they are selling trimmings as shake aka false advertising. I mean I am in awe of how stupid they think their client base is. Forever lost my business. No way would I ever give these guys another dollar of mine. You lie to clients, you lose their business. Thats the way it goes. You guys are in a competitive industry, treat it as such and quit scamming your loyal customers. I hope Raspberry Roots gets some morals, would hate to see others dealing the shitty feeling of being scammed as I have. Sincerely, a seriously disappointed and scammed ex-customer.
