Doo Care's service is exceptional. I receive a notification about 5 minutes before they arrive and the majority of the time I never hear them working in my back yard. They are thorough and if my pup happens to be in the back yard when they are at my house they often spend a few minutes playing with her, which I find delightful. I always get a quick response if I email the office with a question. They not only respond quickly, but their responses are curteous and professional. I picked up two huge boxes of dog waste. There was upwards of 200 piles total in my yard. So they have not been doing any work in my yard for a very, very long time. Check your portal as well. You can't cancel your credit card on their portal. Nobody has gotten back to me in days. But they sure take the money out of your account quickly. I have demanded a check back for the services I did not get last weekend and obviously for many many weeks that nobody's been doing their job back there. I contacted Beverly while we were at the animal hospital after our dog suddenly couldn't walk following his grooming appointment. I explained that we've been loyal customers for years and that this was a serious situation. Instead of showing concern, her main focus was on making sure her groomers got paid. She denied that anything had happened and said we would need proof from the vet to even discuss a refund. She also mentioned the groomer specializes in senior dogs, which made the situation even more concerning. She then chose to call my dad instead of continuing to speak with me, even though I was the one communicating with her. When my mom later spoke to her and explained our dog had a seizure, Beverly questioned how the vet would even know that. When we offered to provide documentation, she said it wasn't necessary but still refused to take any accountability. This experience showed a complete lack of care and professionalism.
