Items are donated and most things for sale are pretty cheap. You can even find brand new items in the original packaging and clothing with tags. The employees are pretty nice and helpful. It's fun to look around even when I can't find anything to buy.

Basic "we had a garage sale over the weekend and donated the waste product here" lines the shelves. As a BONUS : someone in the system of pricing ; caught wind that "Vintage rock concert shirts from the 1990s are worth HUNDREDS of dollars". So the trickle down BRAIN behind this ; prices CRAP tee shirts from soccer games and church picnics and "runs for cancer" at like $9.99 which is outrageous! (They should all be $1.99 at the most) . Lady at the register said "Oh yes, they are expensive- that stuff comes from the warehouse". I am gonna get the number for the warehouse and give them a call . This place sucks so much that it makes the UNIQUE up the road look like a "Fine Antiques" shop in NYC. Traveling ? DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO SHOP HERE .

Pros: The selection here is huge, the store is very well organized and is neat and clean…read more Cons: Like every thrift store, it's all hit and miss depending on what you're looking for. While some things were reasonably priced, other items were laughably priced. For example, an average quality small living room arm chair with slightly faded and slightly dirty fabric was $167.00. You can buy a similar arm chair in Bob's brand new and fresh smelling for $199.00 All in all, if you're in the area it's worth visiting since donations come in every week and you never know what you might find.

Really disappointed!!!!…read more I scheduled a pickup with Salvation Army and they confirmed it. Because of that, I arranged for my new couch to be delivered the same day. The delivery guys even offered to take my old couch away, but I said no because I already had a donation pickup scheduled and wanted it to go to a good cause. Then literally 1 hour before my pickup window I get a text saying they don't have any drivers and can't come. Now they're telling me they can't reschedule for a few more weeks. So now I'm stuck with two couches crammed into my small apartment and I'm scrambling trying to find someone to take the old one because I have no room for it. I get that things happen, but don't confirm a pickup if you can't actually do it. Canceling an hour before is ridiculous and completely screwed up my plans.

As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!
