I felt the super large circumference of the straws was a bit tacky and sorta against the natural way of living since straws are unnecessary plastic but also kinda essential for a thick smoothie. The owner recommended the White Chocolate Butterfinger, and it was delicious! I thought it would not be as tasty, considering it's water-based, but that wasn't the case! And it was packed with flavor and vitamins, all healthy for me and baby. I was stoked to give it a try. Aside from shakes, Downtown Nutrition offers smoothies, teas, energy drinks, snacks, protein, and more. They just had a "make your own tea" event last week and seem fairly involved in the community. The owner is creating a space in the front of the shop that's super child friendly, so it will be the perfect place to bring your kiddo to meet up with other moms.
