I had some left over and mixed them with my eggs the next morning. The second, and most recent time I was here, they had a chicken pecorino with rice and veggies. The chicken was absolute perfection. Perfectly crispy and moist inside. It was easily cut with the plastic knife I had. The rice was just over the line or too salty but when mixed with the chicken and veggies it all worked. It was a delicious meal. The food comes out pretty quickly, especially if you get the special since it's sitting up front on the line. I don't live nearby so don't get to come here as often as I'd like but I definitely want to try more of their specials. So much of what they post looks amazing. Seen some fellas sitting on a bench outside and asked where the best catfish restaurant is at. They said right here! It's a small diner type place with good sitting available in another room. After we ordered we had to opportunity to visit and discuss our day activities. Now from the time we checked in there was this trickle new customers coming in at a nice steady rate. Our waitress Reese was awesome and did a nice job on taking care of us; The only hiccup was my wife didn't get her baked potato; which probably was more than she'd be able to eat but they addressed a credit for that item. There was no manager on site so originally they didn't do anything as I sent back my food. Finally a manager showed up and comped everything but he gave me a ton of excuses. Why do I care? Not my problem if they are short staffed. I ended up leaving as my nieces choked down the chicken. Either it was a bad day or this is what we have to look forward to.
