This review is for services that we received back in July. We are clearly very behind, but…read morenonetheless super grateful to this local business. We first discovered Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions from a thorough look at gutter service companies in the Austin area. Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. Throughout our experience, from initial quote, to walkthrough, to design changes and installation, Shellie, Tyler, and the entire installation team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work that they were doing for us. We're incredibly grateful for their willingness to stick with us through budget and planning changes, project delays, and weather disruptions. I hope this late review lets the team and future customers know that we're still so grateful for their work ethic and delivery of a quality product. We will likely be in touch soon to add some leaf filters, but otherwise, our gutters are doing great. Thank you all for your help. Future customers: you can rest easy knowing that these are the folks who can take care of your home's gutter needs. We're glad we went with them.

Meanwhile, an associate at Leslie's suggested using a chlorine tablet and wire brush. We followed Leslie's advice and in 2 hours, the algae problem we had was gone. We did not hear back from High Tide Pools until we received an email out of the blue thinking it was the promised quote only to see a $92 invoice for labor plus tax plus fuel. I would not mind paying for services rendered if it was discussed before hand and the promised quote was given. I like these guys and we had used their service when we first moved to our home with pool and we had a great experience. The only reason I am writing a review is I asked an equitable bill to reflect on the current request and they did not reconsider or provide promised quote for future reference in case the dreaded algae returns.
