Ok let me tell you about what a pain my house is. It's on a hillside so one side of the house has…read morewindows that are at least 35 feet off the ground. In addition we are trying to sell the house so Fannin came out while we had carpet installers and painters also out. Jorge and Luis were so friendly and did a great job. Some windows were inaccessible due to the carpet being installed so they came back out and finished up the job. Our house had filthy windows and they look amazing now. Plus we had the pro wash and we still have some residue on the side of the house but it does look better. My recommendation would be to make sure you understand what costs extra and what doesn't. For example having to remove paint from the outside of the house will cost extra. If you have mildew on your brick that will cost extra. I just wanted to be upfront with my experience and what I didn't understand. I didn't dock Fannin for this because I had no idea but keep that in mind when booking their services.

Dean of D&D Window Cleaning came by and gave us an estimate to clean our windows inside and out…read more We just had our stucco reapplied a few weeks ago and the hard water stains from the power washer made our windows unbearable. We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here.
