We first discovered Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions from a thorough look at gutter service companies in the Austin area. Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. We had requester a quote on an algae issue we had and they sent a technician to evaluate the issue…read more We were told it would take weeks of regiments of wire brush cleanings and would be given a quote. Meanwhile, an associate at Leslie's suggested using a chlorine tablet and wire brush. We followed Leslie's advice and in 2 hours, the algae problem we had was gone. We did not hear back from High Tide Pools until we received an email out of the blue thinking it was the promised quote only to see a $92 invoice for labor plus tax plus fuel. I would not mind paying for services rendered if it was discussed before hand and the promised quote was given. I like these guys and we had used their service when we first moved to our home with pool and we had a great experience. The only reason I am writing a review is I asked an equitable bill to reflect on the current request and they did not reconsider or provide promised quote for future reference in case the dreaded algae returns.
