    Damage

Picked up my vehicle which was shipped from Germany at this location. They presented my vehicle for inspection covered in dirt and in a dim lit bay. Luckily the damaged sustain from transit was so egregious I was able to notice it. They have initiated a clam but manager was obviously trying to minimize the damage. Make sure you do a complete inspection!!

I've read some mixed reviews about Pasha on their main Yelp page but decided to proceed with them because some friends have shipped their cars with them and recommended them. Their quote was also the cheapest we found and comparable to Matson. The set up process was simple and quick. You should just double-check the estimated shipping time because it usually takes a couple weeks. Part of the process is to call ahead of time to make an appointment for your vehicle drop off (open weekdays only). When we first called to check if the Seattle off dock would be open on President's Day (before submitting our online form), we were told that they'd be open. But then when we called the same number a couple days later to schedule our drop off, we were told they'd be closed on President's Day. Not a big deal for us since we already planned to take the Friday off for moving errands but I would hope that their communication between staff members would be clearer. Our appointment was for 9:00am but we ended up arriving at around 9:30am due to an accident on the freeway and Google Maps leading us to the wrong address (it initially took us to a Carvana office). If you get misdirected to the Carvana office, just make a right when you exit their parking lot then take the first left. Keep driving a bit until you see a big white "PASHA" sign on your left and pull into that driveway. Drive straight forward to the metal gate with the big white "PASHA" sign (cars lining up for inspection may be blocking it though). The inspection was quick and friendly. They didn't even mention our tardiness. The instructions say to bring a copy of the signed agreement and your registration but the inspector didn't look at it. They just needed to take a photo of my ID and I gave them my spare keys. Done in a minute or so!

The communication from the company could've been a lot better as there are two owners and we got mixed messages about how the notarized release had to be written. Additionally, the website should've been clearer that the car can come ANYTIME within the estimated pickup window-- ours was a week late so that was an extra cost for additional rental car time. Just an fyi if you're on a strict timeline.

My broker assigned OK Auto Carriers to do my transport and their reviews were pretty decent so I trusted them with our new 2026 Mercedes Benz Sedan to be transported across the country. They picked it up from the Mercedes dealer just as scheduled on Jan. 28, 2026 with no issues. Delivery window was Jan. 30 - Feb 2, 2026. On Feb. 2 last day of window it was confirmed they would deliver that day. Later that afternoon, OK Carriers texted me there was a minor issue with their truck and it would not be delivered that day. Same thing Feb. 3, they would give me an ETA then call back later that they were waiting for parts and it was in repair shop. On Feb. 4 we were told they had 2 stops enroute to drop off other cars and ETA 6:30 pm, then received email update from our broker who said it was now 7:00 pm, they called changing ETA to 9:00 pm, another ETA 10:00 pm. and finally a call changing to 11:00 pm. They showed up at 11 pm, got the car unloaded by 11:24 pm. The car condition was dusty as all cars get when being transported for a week in an enclosed trailer but all was fine (huge sigh of relief!). No dents or scratches. They even put a car cover over it while in transport. So if you are considering OK Auto Carrier to transport your car: Cons: 1) There could be delays 2) They give some inconsistent statements such as stating they talked to my hubby with an update when they didn't. Another they were on the road only to find out they had not left the shop. 3) Very little Initial communication until after delivery window then they were very responsive. Pros: 1) They did deliver my car as promised, albeit 2 days after the delivery window. 2) My car arrived in great shape with no damage to the car. 3) They did not ask for more money upon delivery (unlike so many carrier reviews out there claim) 4) Drivers were polite, knowledgeable. 5) They delivered my car straight to my door even though we live in a gated subdivision where it was a little tight to get a 75 ft. trailer in and backed out. 6) They arrived in a newer truck that looked well cared for and the trailer was a true hard‑sided enclosed unit, not a curtain‑side.

He was extremely patient with me calling him many times about the logistics, deposit and payment, etc. because I'd not shipped a car before. Pickup of my car happened within the 72 hour time window I was given, and delivery actually happened on the shorter end of the estimated time. I had packed a number of boxes into the car very neatly (sight lines were clear for the driver) and GAT didn't give me any hassle about extra weight in the car (although I was afraid I had gone beyond the 100lb. allowance). Car arrived in good shape, although I wish they had put down a paper protector on the driver's side floor mat - it was very muddy. D.C. has rules about big truck haulers on city streets so my car was transferred to a single-car flatbed for delivery at no extra charge. I was able to pay the driver the C.O.D. charge electronically, which was great. Working with GAT was a good experience.

I was very pleased with his communication, and he didn't seem to be annoyed by the endless amount of questions that I had for him. I had never had my car shipped, so I was nervous and I was told so many different things by many places, but something about Anthony kept me calm, and I trusted the reviews on Yelp for SCS. I liked the quote Anthony gave me, and how calm and sure he was of their business. He also replied through email very quickly. There is a direct deposit, and it was reasonable and taken out immediately. I also kept in touch with a very nice lady named Elina C. She was a logistics coordinator and clarified that I'd need to stay in contact with a driver named Igor of Vyrado Logistics in Puyallup. Again, I was a little confused in this whole process being new to this business, but Elina reassured me that nerves are normal and that they'd ship my car in about five days. I was shocked because every other place said that it'd take about 7-10 days, and one place even said two to six weeks, which is odd if they can drive hundreds of miles a day, and Detroit is about 2300 miles. The funny thing is that the ones who said it'd take longer said it'd be safer, but it was more expensive and it'd take longer than what GAT said. I kept in touch with Igor, he was nice to allow me to put a lot in my 2010 Civic (more than the usual amount with no extra fee), took pictures, gave me electronic forms to keep, and then he was off with my car on the carrier. It's nice that they do business door to door. He was also accurate with the times he gave me on pickup, and kept in touch well through phone. He let me know I could pay after he dropped off the car, and that cash was preferable. I forgot that GAT said that the carrier who comes decides what amount I need to pay in, so I called GAT right away and told them I was confused why I needed to pay in cash? They reminded me that again, it's up to carrier, and Igor was flexible also mentioning I could pay cashier's check, money order, or credit card but it'd be an extra 5% by card. I told him I'd have the cash ready. I just received my car about an hour ago, and we are all surprised at how it got here in a timely manner, just five days! It took a little bit just because he had to take the cars off to get my car down safely, but I'd rather have him do it in his own time and well, instead of rush and risk damage. He was very careful with the other cars too, and told me I could wait inside because it was chilly out here. After he was done putting the other cars back, I thanked Igor, and I am overall very pleased with GAT. Car was dusty from going across the country from Tacoma to Detroit, but this was well worth it for such a great price. Thanks guys! Y'all made my day. :)
