5/5 Stars -- Outstanding service for our bachelorette party!…read more We booked Seattle Elite Towncars for a bachelorette wine tasting trip out to Woodinville, and they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Having a reliable, stress-free ride made the entire day so much fun. Highly recommend them for group events or wine tours!

After speaking with Alex on the phone he was knowledgeable, firm and very professional. We booked a SEATAC to hotel for our family of 14. The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated! I was so impressed with this Eagle Shuttle Service (Bellevue Airport Shuttle)…read more I was planning a trip to Bellevue and the fare to take an Uber from the airport to the Hilton Bellevue was over $100! That was more than my airfare to get from Orange County! So the bargain shopper in me decided to look for a Shuttle and I immediately found Eagle Shuttle Service! $30 Flat Rate! No luggage restriction (I only had a carry on) and so with tip ($6) and tax I saved over $70 and You should too!!! I called them prior to my flight to ask which one they one they thought I should get on, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, according to my flight schedule. And the lady that answered, Helen, was so nice she even offered to call me back with an answer after speaking with a driver. She was so helpful that I did not hesitate to book the shuttle! They give you Very detailed instructions on how to find the pick up area and I found that very easy to do. I had never been to the SEA-TAC airport and I found my way quite easily. I then called just to make sure that I was in the right spot. The man was very nice. My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying! SCORE!!! The ride was pleasant, my driver friendly and informative! I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Shuttle Service, if you are staying in the Bellevue area at any of the 5 hotels they service! Book your reservation without hesitation and save yourself lots of money to spend on your trip instead! Thank you Eagle Shuttle Service for a wonderful start to my trip to Bellevue!

We needed car service to pick us up at the Seattle ferry from Bremerton and drive us to Macaw Hall…read morefor an opera. We also needed a ride back to the ferry afterwards. We called several companies, but Emir gave us the best rate and we decided to give them a try. The driver, Essa, was waiting for us at the ferry dock when we waked off the boat. He had a sign with my name on it to make sure I knew where to go. He walked is to his SUV, a clean black vehicle, and held doors open for us. He was courteous, professional, and very nice to chat with. We made it to our destination in only about ten minutes. We estimated the time that the event would finish, and we exchanged phone numbers just in case. After the opera, we walked down the steps from the opera house and Essa was standing outside his vehicle waiting for us. We liked that we had the same driver both ways. It was comfortable. Essa made sure to drop us off close to the terminal and went out of his way to make sure we knew where to go. I will use this service again and again. It was reliable, clean, professional, and a fair price.

Although his quoted price was not the lowest among the three, I hired him to pick up my brother-in-law from SeaTac Airport because of his professional and polite response. Aaron was responsive from day one. He followed up with me by phone in less than 3 hours after I placed my reservation on his website. He confirmed the details of my reservation and readily agreed to text both my brother-in-law and me. On the day of the pickup, he arrived at the airport ten minutes early. My brother-in-law's plane was still taxiing down the runway! When they connected, my brother-in-law raved about how clean and luxurious the town car was. We texted each other throughout his ride; I received nothing but positive comments about the car and Aaron. The ride from SeaTac to Silverdale was smooth despite the typical gnarly I-5 traffic. When Aaron learned that my brother-in-law's visit was a surprise gift for my husband, he quietly and slowly rolled down our driveway (so my husband couldn't hear the town car, lol). What a trouper! It was really nice to meet Aaron in person. His appearance was sharp, clean, and business-like. The suit he wore was pressed and crisp, his shoes polished. His demeanor was friendly and kind. Thanks for a wonderful first experience, Aaron. This definitely will not be my last.
