We live near the Kent east hill location location but unfortunately they open late and close early. So we started driving down the hill just to use the sauna pods. It's part of the job, and commission I'm sure~ Can't fault her for that ;-) I'm hoping to go back and try the red light therapy sometime soon~ I use to do the monthly specials years back, and I miss it! I love the spray tans & beds, (although not great for your skin in some ways).. I think it is good for your wellbeing if you don't overdo it; plus, it always helped me feel a lot better and gave me energy!!- (like the real sun) I hope to go enjoy a nice session before too long! After 30 mins of me sitting watching them allow others to tan that just walked in. I asked how long it would be Abby was very rude to me and said other appointments walked in. I asked why she quoted me 10 mins and didn't inform me of that while I was waiting. I asked for a refund Abby then claimed they have no refunds. I asked for the managers information and she refused. I will be calling every day until I reach a manager and get a refund. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.

Then she showed me the different beds, what makes them different and why . Also they have a teeth whitening area and a spray tanning section as well !! It was really perfect ! Mary: she gave it to me straight I'm from Long Island and I hate scammy reasoning and "why I must join" jargon, Mary helped me find a package to try. Which I'm doing the 1 week for the price of one session. Which I then brought 2 small packets of lotion that she picked out because in my opinion they know what works and what doesn't. I loved that she told all the pricing and packages and what came in them. I told her that I'll be using them religiously! The tanning beds were top Notch , I'm used to older beds that I'm just dying in from zero fans . These were amazing ventilated and I kept cool the whole time while getting a bomb tan ! She took the time to explain everything and steered me away from services I wouldn't need and even recommended more cost-effective options where necessary! Simply an awesome experience! Multiple types of beds, spray tan, and women's sportswear/activate wear, swimwear, and hitting the beach wear. 100% the BEST tanning experience in the area!
