I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

We especially appreciated the guided introduction at the beginning--it made it easy to understand all the different amenities and made us feel welcome. The salt room was incredibly relaxing, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. I also have to mention the snowballs after the sauna--they were such a fun and refreshing touch! The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). At no point did Morgan speak to me directly; everything was relayed through the receptionist, who repeatedly and incorrectly referred to me as an "oncology patient" even after my corrections. This experience left me feeling humiliated and emotionally harmed. I was offered to reschedule with another therapist, but if bias exists at this level, I cannot trust that this location properly vets or trains its staff. Due to the seriousness of what occurred, I have submitted a formal complaint to the Washington State Department of Health. (This review reflects my honest experience.)
