I had my 18 year old breast implants removed and a breast lift done in January 2022…read more Not only were my implants heavy they made my stomach look larger from the sagging (in clothing). I was told while having a mammogram that implants could hide some forms of breast cancer. I researched and got three separate quotes (Sound Plastic Surgery was the middle price) and choose Dr. Josh Copper based on his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number and checked in on me the night of my surgery and the following couple days (including the weekend). I would highly recommend Josh Cooper and Sound Plastic Surgery.

Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

Day of the procedure was smooth and easy. I got profuse apologies about any delays I experienced (always less than at the doctor, to be honest) and I felt very comforted by the fact that Dr. Precht considers the procedure complete when it's as perfect as possible, not when the clock says it's done. I got the same treatment in my procedure and I'm so delighted with the results. The attention to detail was amazing and my recovery was exactly as the team described. I even got a personal call at home to check on me. Will return if I ever need her again!

I had my initial visit at their location in Kirkland, (NW Face & Body), but my injector (Dr. Khezri) works at both NW Face & Body and The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery, which I also visited as well. I had lip filler injected by Dr. Khezri, and my initial experience wasn't great. He was unprofessional and rude multiple times throughout the appointment. His demeanor caused me a deal of anxiety, having never had lip filler before. I contacted NW Face & Body about my experience, and they apologized. Over the course of the next week, I continued to have concerns over the state of my lips. Even during the healing process, they looked nothing like they were supposed to. I had a curled pale border on my top lip, my bottom lip had a painful bump, I was puffy above my mouth, and I developed a "duck" like appearance. At one point they started becoming painful and burned. I contacted NW Face & Body with my concerns multiple times, uploading photos to the portal and sharing my symptoms. I was repeatedly told that I had nothing to worry about, they looked fine, and all of my symptoms were normal for the healing process. The last time I contacted them, I was called in the morning and asked if I could come in to be examined by Dr. Khezri. After being directed to the wrong location, paying for parking, and then having to drive 30+ minutes to The Gallery, I was seen by the Dr. for just a few minutes. I brought up all of my concerns, and again was told that they looked great, and I had nothing to worry about. I made an appointment with a highly rated injector in the area for a second opinion. This new provider observed the following; I had extremely obvious migration above the lips, they had been overfilled, I was injected superficially along my entire bottom lip causing painful lumps, I had visible filler in my lips, and I had been injected into the wet mucosa (a common cause for migration, and carries a risk of causing vascular occlusion which causes necrosis). I had them partially dissolved for $300, with the intention to dissolve more on our follow up. After making my demands, and some back and forth, I was provided a refund for my filler and my first dissolving appointment. Even after dissolving, I continued to suffer from the same painful burning and lumps. I visited an Overlake urgent care shortly after due to the symptoms I had been experiencing since my initial injections. The Dr. observed a bacterial infection in my lips called Cellulitis, in which I was prescribed antibiotics for. This singular visit will end up costing me another couple hundred dollars alone. Because of the bacterial infection, I need to have the rest of my filler dissolved sooner than expected, which will cost me another $300. If I choose to get filler again from a different injector in the future, I will be starting from the beginning. In addition to the financial burden this has caused, I've dealt with a deal of physical pain, and it's greatly affected my mental health as well. Rather than having the lips I dreamed about, I've suffered health issues, deep insecurities, and a financial loss. I completed research on the company itself, and found that NW Face & Body, The Gallery, and Seattle Plastic Surgery, is the same company as Allure Aesthetics, just under a different name for each of their locations. Allure was recently sued and ordered to pay millions of dollars for having clients sign NDAs preventing them from writing any negative reviews online. They were also caught having their employees edit before/after photos posted on their website, and falsifying fake positive reviews. I think you should consider this before booking an appointment with them.

Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care. When my longtime PCP left Kaiser several months ago, I wondered whether I would be able to find another doctor with the same level of dedication and mutual respect that I value in a physician-patient relationship. Today I met Dr. Martin Levine and came away very impressed. He is an exceptional listener and was fully present during our visit. His questions about my medical history and current health were thoughtful and specific rather than routine or generic. What impressed me most was the thoughtfulness of his clinical judgment--his questions clearly reflected a careful effort to understand the full picture of my health. His manner was relaxed, professional, and genuinely caring, and I left the appointment feeling confident that my health is in very capable hands. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Levine and am very pleased to call him my primary care physician.

Since I fractured the right kneecap two years ago in a previous fall, I wanted to get X-rays at Northgate. The appointing person told me that KP had recently banned walk-in X-rays and now required one have an in-person appointment with a doc to see if the patient is worthy of getting X-rays. The new rule is that walk-ins are banned from getting X-rays. A patient has to make an appointment to see a doctor BEFORE X-rays. This makes no sense at all. In the past, my doctor would order X-rays and meet with me later to discuss the results. This is totally backwards. KP also recently banned patients from being able to reply to a doctor's message on My Chart. KP keeps coming up with new ways to keep patients away from practioners, in order to increase revenue flowing to its obscenely-overpaid KP CEO, Gregory Adams. I like my doctors a lot but I don't like spending hours per week fighting with the mindless KP bureaucracy to get care. It's exhausting, particularly whe one is 75 and dealing with multiple health issues.
