I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kim. Her behavior towards me was completely lacking in empathy and kindness. She did not listen to me, and interrupted/cut me off/talked over me every time I tried to say something, even after I asked her not to. She made very unkind and judgmental comments, such as "And why do you think that's working?" She refused to help when I asked for it. When the appointment was over, she rudely said "OK then let's go" as I was trying to collect myself and my belongings. Zero stars -- do not recommend. Other doctors here may be kind and empathic, but Dr. Kim is not.

Once a month, or so, Dr. Joo visits the…read moreretirement community that she lives in and hosts a Foot Care Clinic for the elderly residents there. Yesterday was one of those days. My lady had an appointment to see him early. Let me say that i really do not like doctors and rarely visit one myself. I have to be almost dead to go. Lol It was my first time meeting Dr. Joo. I found him to be a extremely likable, with a wonderful and pleasant chairside manner. He took the time to talk to her and not about her, as if she were not there. He took care of her problem and gave her a lot of great information to better take care of her health. She left with a smile on her face and hope for improved health. I was impressed with him and will be taking her to see him again in the coming months. Thank you, Dr. Joo, for making our visit a nice one.

I'm not sure why they even have a phone number if nobody ever picks up or returns calls. I suppose if you never have questions or reasons to call, this place might work for you. Although I don't see how you can ever make an appointment if nobody ever picks up the phone or returns your messages! I was calling on behalf of my mom who is a patient there to ask some follow up questions about her test results and have yet to receive a call back so we are in a state where we do not know what next steps are. Maybe she picks and chooses who gets a call back - this is absolutely ridiculous.

Zero stars. A terrible experience…read more Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. He is not personable or friendly, and definitely seems to have an extra dose of contempt if you are overweight. I didn't like the conversation that we had--it felt like he paid little attention to my personal history, and had a "once-size-fits-all" treatment agenda. Adding to the crummy ambiance, the place is a dirty mess, including the waiting room and the examination room. In addition, the young woman who did my blood draw was outrageously rude. I'm a friendly and reasonably patient person, but she angered me so completely that I walked over to the receptionist (the only nice person there, I have no idea how she manages it), and told her I needed to go elsewhere to have my blood drawn. She sent me upstairs, to a refreshingly clean office, and a sane and friendly woman. DON'T GO HERE. Maybe try the Polyclinic instead.

Dr. Pinault is a tremendously knowledgable doctor. He is incredibly kind, approachable,…read morecompassionate. He listens attentively, never rushes and enjoys getting to know his patients. Dr. Pinault completes your blood work right in the office. His lab tests are comprehensive including hormones, adrenals, thyroid - among many others. When he receives your results, he will call you (if results show irregularities) or schedule an appointment a week out to review the results with you. He also prescribes medication for pick up at your local pharmacy. It's a one stop shop. He also carries a multitude of vitamins, minerals as well as B12 injections. He cares about the health and well-being of his patients and is determined to help you feel your best. His front desk office manager is sweet, kind and patient. This kind of care beats any general practitioner or doctors office!
