Outstanding service and follow up!…read more We hired Spartan to clean the gutters of our house and zinc the roof. They went above and beyond - cleaned huge amounts of pine needles that had been jamming the gutters, flushed the gutter spouts where the pine needles had effectively turned into soil and were backing up drainage, removed several dead birds who had been nesting in the gutters, thoroughly zinced the roof, and also zinced the steps on our front porch even though that was out of the scope of the work order. Not only did Spartan perform the outstanding service above, but they thoroughly walked us through the work they did and also suggested how to maintain the roof in the future. We are happy customers and look forward to hiring them again for roof and gutters work next year. Thanks, guys!

When I first starting using them 5 years ago they were great. They were reliable, showed up on…read moretime, and got the work done promptly but over the past 2.5 years the service has degraded significantly. They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If google would allow it I would give them zero stars.

We hired Vazquez Painting LLC, aka Tony the Painter and his crew to stain all the new wood and paint the new siding. We are so very pleased with how everything turned out and will recommend Tony, Vazquez Painting LLC to anyone looking for an honest and excellent painting experience. Tony helped me with color consultation on the new exterior colors. I had be so very nervous about the process. I was afraid I would make an expensive mistake that I would have to "live with". I shouldn't have worried, Tony guided me to an earthy, yet contemporary color palette and I absolutely love the way it looks! Vazquez only uses top line materials so expect to pay a little more for the supplies. After 40 years of home ownership I can tell you that if you plan to stay in your home for more than 7 years, paying for good quality paint will be a good investment, since it will protect your house longer, so you can go longer in between paintings. We have the entire inside of our home yet to repaint and I will be using Vazquez because I know it will be a professional, high quality end product.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our washer, Pete, was super friendly and courteous…read morefrom setting up the appointment over the phone to the actual cleaning which was refreshing. The previous company we'd used multiple times always had a way of making us feel like we were a burden and they'd rather be doing something else. The job itself, which is truly what most readers here will care about, was perfect. The windows were spotless and I haven't yet noticed even a tiny swipe or corner that he'd missed. But here are the little things that really impressed: Our house has 5 bedrooms, a bonus room, an office... LOTS of windows that face all different directions. That also means lots of blinds, most that open top down or bottom up. Because of the different views our house has (street, back yard, side property...) we have our blinds set different ways. Past window cleaners simply opened them all up to clean and left them as is - maybe to show off how bright and clean the windows were or simply because they didn't have the attention to detail to return them to how they were. Pete was meticulous in putting each one back as it was. Again, it was is if he wasn't even there apart from our newly sparkling windows! Also, we had a piece of construction tape high up on above a second floor window that builders hadn't removed. I'd noticed it shortly after we'd moved it and had a mental note to remove it at some point. I noticed after Pete left that he'd thoughtfully removed it for us. Thanks Pete! All in all a great job. Will 110% use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors!
