Bought a gladiator rubicon with cloth seats and instead of going with the crazy price the dealer wanted to add leather, in the thousands I went to seat covers unlimited and got awesome quilt stitched seats. They had tons of options and Lani and Tucker were great helping me pick. Was really close to getting neoprene, but decided on the leather. So happy with the way they turned out. I purchased seat covers from this company. The lady who took my order was great. However when I got the seat covers they did not fit. I called them and they asked for pictures which I provided. They said they wanted me to send the originals back. Shortly after this, there was a death in the family so the seat covers sat in a box in my living room for a while. A few months later I finally inquired again about sending the seat covers back and explained my situation. They gave me a new shipping label and we sent them back. Some time after that, I contacted them again as we had not heard from them. They told me that they had already sent me replacements back in July, which I never received. I didn't send the originals back until November. Now they are telling me I already have the replacements. So they generated me a shipping label to be sent back the only seat covers I have ever gotten from them. So now I have no seat covers, and I don't have my money. And they won't help me any further. UPDATE! UPDATE! Ok...I finally got the front seat covers to fit after quite a bit of cutting and sewing. Now that they are on they look good, no thanks to the manufacturer. The center console cover is an absolute joke, don't bother with it I made the mistake of ordering both front and rear covers for my wife's 2017 MKC. Their is no way to install them without completely removing the rear seat. Buy any of these products at your own risk. As I mentioned in my last review, this company has a no return policy for a reason. I'll never recommend them to anyone. Let the " NO REFUNDS" policy be your warning sign. Just a bit of info, I could have had both my front and rear seats reupholstered at a local shop for about $900 total. Yes, that would have been $450 more, but it sure would have been worth it to me. read more

I just spent 2 hours unsuccessfully trying to fully install the back seat covers in a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. The openings for the headrest are positioned wrong. I had to cut the passenger side to fit the cover on. I forced the driver side cover to just barely fit, but it's stretched and looks like crap. The openings for the seatbelt are equally as poorly designed. I just gave up with the driver side. The passenger side was just barely usable as is. Finally, there is virtually no room under the seat to try and secure the covers under the seat. Also, they give you 20 short pieces of fabric cord to tie under the seat and secure the back to the front. These are too short. They are almost long enough if you have been trained from birth to install these, but otherwise, you may find you need to use your own cords or double up to get them long enough to work with. The front seat covers should at least fit. I am replacing a previous set in the front that finally disintegrated. However, there is no opening in these for the front seat side airbags. The set that did disintegrate did have the opening. I'll have to cut the fabric to prevent the air bags from being disabled. I have no idea who the design engineers were who came up with these, but the company must have saved a bunch of money by hiring the ones at the bottom of their graduating class. Since these are custom made, there is no returning them. Since they are not secured adequately, they will shift and bunch up every time someone sits on them. Don't trust this company. Even for Chinese crap, these are awful. read more

Best seat covers I've ever owned. Very good fit and coverage. I've seen people complain about fulfillment times but they were actually earlier than their estimated delivery date. My rear seat headrests did not fit properly so I called customer service to see if they could help. They ended up having me ship one of the headrests, custom made covers, and shipped it back to me in less than a week. The install was quick and done very well. The seat covers themselves were very well made and looked like they were taylor made perfectly! I have had a few problems (center seat arm-rest covers not fitting, pattern seams being poorly connected); however, the quality and fit of their seat covers is well above average and they look factory installed. The material choices have always been excellent and all the fabrics that I have chosen for seat covers, over the years, have been durable and very attractive. I ordered a set of covers for a Ford F350. It turns out in order to install them I would have to cut out the fasteners underneath the stock seats. This was not mentioned on their website or in the instructions in the box. It means if I took off their covers, the stock seat backs would be flapping is space. When I explained to their customer service they argued with me, telling me I could get them to work if I disconnected the wiring harness underneath the seat. I doubt that they've tried - it's close to impossible to access the harness and I gave up after an hour of trying various methods. They also insisted that I forfeit a 15% charge on my order for restocking. I spent a lot of time trying to get these to work, and was surprised by how unsympathetic they were. I'm not an idiot and have worked on cars all my life and know how to disconnect a harness, and know when it's time to give up. Don't buy from these guys - if their product isn't what they say it is, they'll charge you to return it and restock it. They don't stand by their false and misleading advertising. read more

Was contacted by John at customer service to let me know they had updated their design to make the whole seat water resistant. John offered me a generous refund or new covers and I accepted his offer for new covers. The new covers feel the same across the whole seat. Not only does any of it fit my car the fabric feels like a burlap sack and the stitching is coming undone in a few places. So I called customer support and all they tell me is that they don't refund anything. And that they can remake them for me for an extra $200. Or more.
