Because Lyon's management is too lazy to either a) leave a voicemail message on day's off saying…read more'store closed for holiday', or b) hiring staff to take calls, or c) posting on FB whether you are open or not, I had gas money wasted and a lost 40 minutes in travelling time. Being a stat, I searched FB and nothing indicating open/closed status. I called and instead of a person or voicemail message about the stat etc, I had to speak with a dumb-computer. I asked it is Lyon's open on the stat and it dumbely replied, 'we are open Monday to blah blah blah from time to time'. No. I asked you are you open on this stat holiday. It says 'sometimes we do close on a holiday'. I said 'no', I asked you 'are you either open OR closed today on this stat holiday, and if you don't know say 'I'm not certain'. It responded with, "Lyon's is definately open today". I said "Okay but if i drive all the way there and it's not open, I'm going to leave a bad review". it said "I understand your concern about not wastig time, but it is open today...". Drive there, and totally closed. Thanks for wasting my time Lyon's. Two thousand dollar bill without warning (quote). Charged me for fittings that were not needed and then took them back. Charged for each visit (8 visits-most to look at the line for about 5 minutes but each visit around $100) when it could have been done in one visit. Took over one month to fix a small crack on sprinkler main line. Do not recommend! Stay away for your own good, you have been warned.
