We had an excellent installer by the name of Ian Taylor who in my opinion accomplished in 3hrs what an ordinary one would take 6 hrs to do. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. My only opinion would be that you include the cleanup by say a maid service in your contract as a professional installer should not have to clean up and read the contract as to what is covered. I had a picture of our living room on my phone and emailed it to Clayton. After that we found the perfect area carpets for our home, we ended up purchasing 2 area carpets and 1 runner. The runner wasn't in stock in their store, Clayton found 1 in their Kelowna Store and got it shipped to Kamloops.
