Being a stat, I searched FB and nothing indicating open/closed status. I called and instead of a person or voicemail message about the stat etc, I had to speak with a dumb-computer. I asked it is Lyon's open on the stat and it dumbely replied, 'we are open Monday to blah blah blah from time to time'. No. I asked you are you open on this stat holiday. It says 'sometimes we do close on a holiday'. I said 'no', I asked you 'are you either open OR closed today on this stat holiday, and if you don't know say 'I'm not certain'. It responded with, "Lyon's is definately open today". I said "Okay but if i drive all the way there and it's not open, I'm going to leave a bad review". it said "I understand your concern about not wastig time, but it is open today...". Drive there, and totally closed. Thanks for wasting my time Lyon's. Cause you're too lazy to post on either the webpage, on FB, or leave a 1-off human voicepromt, or correct the 'LackOfIntelligence' (LOI) bot, I had once again, a wasted trip. These brothers (and all their workers) are very personable, professional, respectful of property, and hard-working, and their concrete finisher is meticulous. They took the time to answer all my (silly) questions and concerns with patience. They even replaced the post at the bottom of our front steps after advising us it was rotting.
