I booked online so I knew who I was going to see and online it lets you show where you need the most attention and where to avoid. My masseuse was Kenzi and she was so kind and made sure she knew what I wanted and where I had pain and what section of my back I don't like touched. My massage was 50 minutes and it was SO GOOD! I felt so relaxed and ready for my week after getting a massage. They also have scent boxes where you can pick your scents and in the rooms you can pick the music. The beds are also heated which I was in love with! Kenzi was so great and respectful. I can't wait to book it again or maybe just get a membership !

However, their 50 minute massages are just too short to even do a full body massage. If you want full body they recommend you do an 80 minute however the prices are higher than anywhere else I have ever been except maybe a resort spa. I cannot pay $159 for an 80 minute massage (125 with a membership). So unfortuantely I canceled b/c I always felt my massages, although relaxing, were too short and only my backside was massaged in the 50 minutes. Hope one day they have a promo and maybe I will go back but not for 125...

My husband--for Mother's Day, knowing how overwhelmed I've been with work and life with a…read moretoddler--surprised me with a facial at Woodhouse Spa in Rogers. He asked around at work, and everyone said "Woodhouse is the best and chef's kiss luxury." We trusted that. We were wrong. The appointment was set for 12:00 PM, which matches their website and Google hours--both say they open at noon. I received eight confirmation texts and filled out forms--nowhere did it say to come early. I even called ahead when I realized I'd be 3 minutes late. And the cherry on the top, I GOT A SITTER FOR NAP TIME FOR THIS. Instead of being welcomed or treated with any basic human kindness, I was met with judgment, coldness, and passive aggression. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby with no explanation. Then another stretch of time changing and awkwardly waiting alone in a room after being told to undress--for a facial. The esthetician acted like I had completely ruined her day. Her tone was sharp. She was curt. And not once did she check in with me emotionally--even though I was clearly rattled. This was not some petty inconvenience. This was supposed to be a gift. A pause. A moment of peace. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and more stressed than when I walked in. And it didn't stop there. I shared all this with three front desk staff before leaving. I told them--genuinely--that this appointment meant a lot to me. I asked for support. I was told the spa no longer calls guests to remind them to arrive early (even for 12:00 PM appointments), and that the owner/manager would call me. I waited six days. Nothing. I called again. Was told: "She'll call you right after a post office run." She never did. No ownership. No empathy. No follow-up. I've given this spa every chance to do the right thing. And they didn't. That says everything.
