I sent her a text to schedule my appointment and she gave me a call back to discuss my options and take a deposit. The day of my appointment I came in wearing makeup (none on my brows) and I brought makeup for a touch up after Niki finished. We spent about fifteen minutes discussing procedure would work best. Then Niki thoroughly mapped out the perfect shape for my face. She stopped occasionally to ask me if it was a shape I liked. She then applied numbing cream and as it was taking effect we discussed my color options. After the the numbing cream had taken effect we moved into a private room where I laid on a massage table, put on my headphones and laid back and let the magic begin. Niki switched between brows, so it never became too painful. We also took a break midway through the procedure. Before I knew it we were finished. Niki gave me an aftercare kit and explained how to care for them as they healed. I had a little redness and a slight burning sensation, like a sunburn, nothing too bad and it only lasted for a couple of hours. I will go back in a week too have them touched up. My brows have changed my life, seriously, not having to spend 20 minutes every morning trying to make sure my eyebrows match, not worrying I'll lose them during the day, and having them on days I am not wearing make up is amazing. I can't stress how I much I love them. If you are considering having yours done, go see Niki, you will be sooooo happy you did!!

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The results of both my filler and Botox were far below what I expected. In my personal opinion, she does not have an eye for cosmetic work, and the injections did not turn out well at all. What made the situation worse is that when I returned hoping for a correction, there was very little concern or effort to address the issues I was experiencing. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. There were no refunds or complimentary options offered to make things right. I paid $2,000 for what ended up being the worst service I've ever received as the botox hit a nerve next to my lip and my lip was tilted for 3 month! This is just my personal experience, but I would advise others to be very mindful about who they book with for cosmetic injectables. After my appointment, I started asking around, and several people shared similar concerns about their experiences. I truly wish I had known beforehand.
