We then met with Geron, and again he was very patient and helpful in making our choices for glasses. On 4/15/21 I received an email that our glasses were ready. We just left the office and our experience today was a terrible one. Elizabeth opened the door, without any type of greeting and in a very upsetting tone asked why we were there. I explained I had received an email that our glasses were ready. She asked if we had made an appointment and I said no,that I was told on our first visit that we didn't need to make an appointment to pick up glasses. She replied, "well you should've made one" and directed us to sit on the chairs, still with a very nasty tone and attitude. She brought out the glasses and kept her nasty attitude throughout us trying on our glasses. Never excusing herself or changing her Nasty tone. Krates got me in immediately, the day before a holiday (July 3rd), when no other eye doctors would. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and got wonderful treatment by Dr. Farley and his nurse. Dr. Farley is extremely caring, understanding, and personable. He explained everything well, answered questions, and never made me feel rushed. I will definitely be switching to Krates for all of my eye needs. I highly recommend their office! It's comforting to know that they actually care and will adjust their schedules for eye emergencies when no one else will.
