Since when is telling him what it's doing is diagnosing the problem? He refused to come back and fix them right. So I asked for half my money back he refused. I found a new guy and at least one of the parts they listed as buying brand new and installing was not done but charged me anyway. I suspect there were more brand new parts I was charged for that weren't even bought and installed. I told him I was going to post a bad review and he threatens to sue me and that he would do ANYTHING to protect his business. I was charged an outrageous amount for this and still did not have anything working. The new repairman told me that it should have never been worked on. That I should have just gotten a new washer. I am disabled and he knew that and he knew we didn't have the money. There was a very kind person who was helping us and it was just a waste of money. Beware!

I wanted to get a feel for the current situation given all the Covid-19 restrictions and was delighted to learn the shop was open! All of my questions were answered: Can we get financed (yes - 12 months no interest)? Do you have a long turn around time (no there is plenty of on-site merchandise)? Do you deliver (yes $15 in town)? Phil made our transaction go smoothly and we even had same-say delivery! Everyone was professional and friendly. Queen size bed, chest of drawers, tv stand/storage unit, sofa and coffee table were purchased today. It was delivered and set up quickly! I'd recommend Messenger's for an all-around great experience!
