The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day. Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that. Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us. Had a major water leak yesterday and come find out the hose from the garbage disposal came off…read morewhich allowed water to run to the basement. Timothy and Scott arrived on time as scheduled and fully explained the incorrect method the garbage disposal was installed which is no surprise. Been in this house 9 months and the previous owner did everything DIY. The drain from the sink to the basement was not correct after due to an oversize sink being installed and properly aligned(previous owner). Tim and Scott installed a new drain, repositioned the garbage disposal and new pvc, tubing, etc. They were very professional, personable and explained everything in layman's terms. Very fair pricing.
