I hired him to fix my oven and my washer. I still couldn't used my oven or my washer. I texted him to let him know and he told me he fixed what I said was wrong. Since when is telling him what it's doing is diagnosing the problem? He refused to come back and fix them right. So I asked for half my money back he refused. I found a new guy and at least one of the parts they listed as buying brand new and installing was not done but charged me anyway. I suspect there were more brand new parts I was charged for that weren't even bought and installed. I told him I was going to post a bad review and he threatens to sue me and that he would do ANYTHING to protect his business. I was charged an outrageous amount for this and still did not have anything working. The new repairman told me that it should have never been worked on. That I should have just gotten a new washer. I am disabled and he knew that and he knew we didn't have the money. There was a very kind person who was helping us and it was just a waste of money. Beware! read more
