I ordered in March because the stove comes from Italy and takes 3+ months to arrive. I received a call 9 weeks later stating that the order had never been placed and that they were placing it now. It was for a new construction home and I was on the contractor's predicted deadline. They offered a loaner basic stove for install so that I could close on my house. The stove arrived and was installed by my contractor while I was out of the country. I later received an additional invoice for a conversion kit because they got a natural gas unit instead of a propane unit that I ordered. I was not notified by Setzers nor asked about accepting a nautral gas stove and using an LP conversion. They charged me for the LP conversion. I spent over $10,000. And they wanted additional funds for an error that was not my fault. I asked for Setzers to write off the additional fees due to their company error. When I pointed out the multiple errors, Ray Swab further insulted me rather than providing appropriate customer service when I asked for the additional fee to be absorbed by Setzers since it was not my error (actually multiple errors). He implied it was my fault since the contractor was not quite ready for install upon its arrival and had to wait 2 weeks (I can only provide as accurate information on timelines as I'm given by the contractor.) Buyer beware. I felt like my experience was extremely disappointing and severely lacking in customer service. Take your hard earned money elsewhere as they've proven they don't value it here. I chose to order the rest of my appliances elsewhere after their poor handling of and lack of appreciation for my order, time, and money.

Both are so severely incompetent that they don't even check serial numbers prior to selling you equipment worth thousands of dollars. Both individuals will tell you literally anything while you are there in person, then blow smoke any time you call. BOTH NEED TO BE FIRED and replaced with competent leaders. AG-PRO SHOULD BE ASHAMED to employ these two individuals and any others like them. NOTHING I was told during the sale actually happened. The GM apparently sold the identical piece of equipment to another customer but, FILLED OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT BELONGED TO MY EQUIPMENT! Subsequently, when I made my purchase, they filled out the other customer's warranty card and filed it under my equipment! The GM (Alex F.) screwed up the entire registration for myself and the other customer simply because he and his staff couldn't be bothered to check the serial numbers prior to selling thousands of dollars worth of equipment. The day of the purchase I was told I'd be called in a few days with an update, emailed a corrected invoice and forwarded the email from my equipment's manufacturer confirming the correct warranty registered for my equipment. Yet, I called twice a week with more sales BS and told each time that I'd be called back. THREE WEEKS LATER AND NOT ONE RETURNED CALL! I had to show up there today unannounced to get my backordered equipment accessories and then was told more BS lies from their salesman (Brady B.) and the entirely over paid, completely incompetent General Manager (Alex F.). Seriously, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These people do not deserve jobs! As Brady B. said when I was buying, Alex is a Silver Spoon Florida Boy who has never worked a day in his life and does nothing but sit in his office collecting a pay check. Well Brady, it shows! It shows more than I have seen at any level of sales in my entire life. If you are Alex's Boss and are reading this, you own a part of this too. I also welcome any conversation you may want to have.
