A lot of our frustration came from the actual operations side of the house. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed and payment was made, the experience became frustrating. The shed itself is beautiful, and I want to be clear about that. My issues are almost entirely related to communication, education and setting expectations. The first problem was the timeline. We were originally quoted 4-6 weeks, but the shed arrived nearly a week late because it had reportedly been built incorrectly and had to be rebuilt. I was then given a delivery appointment, took time off work, and nobody showed up. An hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time, I received a call saying they would not be arriving until much later in the day. When the shed finally arrived, it had damage to the roof area and several spots that needed paint repair. To their credit, they did come out and address those issues the following week. Another frustration was the lack of transparency regarding some of the larger building incentives and packages. We purchased the 12 x 32 because it included the free electrical and a mini-split AC, but what wasn't clearly communicated was that the unit would arrive uninstalled, strapped inside the building, and require additional installation costs that can easily run an additional $500-1000. Had we known that upfront, it may have influenced our purchasing decision and even the size of the building we selected. Something else future buyers should be aware of is how these buildings are set. We invested in what we believed was a solid foundation, but the building still sits more than two feet off the ground on concrete blocks and shims. Maybe that's standard practice in the shed industry, but as first-time buyers, it wasn't something we understood or were prepared for. Now we're looking at additional expenses for steps, ramps, or grading and fill dirt around the building. I'm writing this review for the detail-oriented planner who likes to know exactly what they're getting into before making a large purchase. I genuinely want this company to succeed. The owner even acknowledged they've been extremely busy, and had personnel issues which may be part of the problem. However, customers deserve clear expectations, proactive communication, and transparency about additional costs before making a significant investment. The shed is great, very high quality and we're happy. That was the goal but the frustrations caused during the final steps of this process were completely unnecessary. The communication and customer experience need work. The good news is those are fixable problems, and systems and processes go a long way.

She then came to my home promptly to measure for the shades. The day my shades arrived at her business she called to let me know and also notified her installer, Nate they were ready to be installed. He came the following day and put them all up perfectly. He explained to me how they work and answered any questions I had. All of the Hunter Douglas products have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic if there are any problems in the future with mechanical parts or blinds or shades themselves. The word "decor" made me think it was sort of like a HomeGoods type of place, vases, baskets, signs that say "Wine O'clock", that sort of thing. In fact they do not carry those, but they have a truly impressive selection of tile, both floor and wall, and flooring. No matter what one is looking for in tile or flooring, they will likely have it here, and will not be plunking one down at a desk to open binders. They also have a much broader selection of colored grouts and caulks than H*** D**** or L****. Well-stocked, clean, huge facility , plenty of staff willing to be helpful but not biting my ankle. Prices seemed good to me. For example, they had a nice beige ceramic tile, 12" x 12", for only .49 each, and I thought it was quite nice, a super cheap way to redo a floor. They have some hypnotic tile patterns that I have never seen before, nice eye candy ( see photos ). So I can't give them a 5 as I did not go through the process of a good size order with them, we just bought a few diddly things, but if you are doing this sort of project, you should consider coming here instead of places staffed by those with orange or blue aprons.

Both are so severely incompetent that they don't even check serial numbers prior to selling you equipment worth thousands of dollars. Both individuals will tell you literally anything while you are there in person, then blow smoke any time you call. BOTH NEED TO BE FIRED and replaced with competent leaders. AG-PRO SHOULD BE ASHAMED to employ these two individuals and any others like them. NOTHING I was told during the sale actually happened. The GM apparently sold the identical piece of equipment to another customer but, FILLED OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT BELONGED TO MY EQUIPMENT! Subsequently, when I made my purchase, they filled out the other customer's warranty card and filed it under my equipment! The GM (Alex F.) screwed up the entire registration for myself and the other customer simply because he and his staff couldn't be bothered to check the serial numbers prior to selling thousands of dollars worth of equipment. The day of the purchase I was told I'd be called in a few days with an update, emailed a corrected invoice and forwarded the email from my equipment's manufacturer confirming the correct warranty registered for my equipment. Yet, I called twice a week with more sales BS and told each time that I'd be called back. THREE WEEKS LATER AND NOT ONE RETURNED CALL! I had to show up there today unannounced to get my backordered equipment accessories and then was told more BS lies from their salesman (Brady B.) and the entirely over paid, completely incompetent General Manager (Alex F.). Seriously, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These people do not deserve jobs! As Brady B. said when I was buying, Alex is a Silver Spoon Florida Boy who has never worked a day in his life and does nothing but sit in his office collecting a pay check. Well Brady, it shows!
