I was surprised to find out that the Green Egg carried organic charcoal, gluten free BBQ sauce, and gluten free seasonings... After grilling, I found that the charcoal has a hickory taste and cooked evenly!!! The best grilling I've tasted, since pit grilling with wood chips... I look forward to making gluten free pizzas using the stone plate in the future. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again...

We paid them over $15,000 in February 2024. From the beginning, we noticed there were some lumps in the shallow end, but I had no idea how bad it really was or that it was gone lead to numerous holes in the liner and basically it was ruined. We thought we hired a reputable professional company to do a good job and would be set at least 10 years. But after only 2.5 years, it's been a nightmare of constant leaking and hundreds of dollars in getting all the issues diagnosed and at least patched until we can get to court. Their attitude is awful. They patched one hole. The first attempt looked like a child did it. The second was a little better but they ignored all the other holes. They have refused to accept responsibility and told numerous lies along the way. See photos of the two other pool companies that agree with me!

Then over the holidays we were flying through Atlanta and our layover had us staying the night in Atlanta. We booked a hotel room and found the closest brewery to our hotel (Arches Brewing 6 min away from the Hampton Inn & Suites Airport location). We were amazed heading to the outdoor space at the brewery to lay our eyes on the incredible fire pits I had dreamed of for years. We were lucky to have a great conversation with an S&S employee. Our plan is to drive down with a truck sometime in 2022 and pick up our new custom made fire pit!!! It will be cheaper for us than paying for shipping. Instead of having too wait 3 weeks to have our equipment picked up, serviced and returned she worked magic and we walked out with a new (similar) model piece of equipment. Pretty sure because she took the time to talk to us and discovered the amount of work I had piled up and knew the predicament I was in at the time. She even agreed and arranged to have my new equipment tested by a tech before we left the store to ensure it worked properly. Even the rest of the staff was nothing short of great making us feel right at home. Everyone was very polite, friendly and eager to assist us and other customers in the store with whatever they needed. No high pressure, no feeling unwelcomed or like we were alone in the store with no assistance. Always apologizing for us having to wait when honestly we have waited longer for way less elsewhere.
