Fine for sales, but don't expect them to have any parts or any knowledge on the products they sell. If you need assistance finding parts, your out of luck. The most their sales associate will do is tell you to go online and order. Apparently they order from the online site as well, so even if you do order through the store you are stuck paying shipping (think $20 and up for mower blades shipping). The merchandise cannot be shipped to the store. Notice I said sales associate. The first thing I was told when I asked a question about a replacement belt was, "I'm not a technician. I can't tell you the difference between the two." I purchased 5 major appliances here. I doubt I will return. It's more cost efficient to go to Lawton where parts are available.

After this review, my husband and I stopped into the store to check prices on equipment we were looking to purchase to get general prices for budgeting. The man that came over to help us was fantastic. He gave us
All the info we needed, even after hearing we did not intend to buy. After hearing about the reason why, he insisted on helping us find the belt. It wasn't in the small computer customers use, so he looked it up on his computer, and provided a part number. So helpful! We later went back and purchased the lawn equipment from them since the staff was so helpful.
I received a call this past week from Cody from this store. He informed me I had a gift card for $25 for the bad experience and that they wanted to make it right. Way to go Sears! While The gift card was nice, I'm more impressed with the return of good customer service that I had previously always associated with sears. Thanks for making it right! read more
