They told me that the MSRP was $3100 and that I was getting a discount of almost $500. Well, I had researched the price of this microwave before looking at local appliance stores. The MSRP was $2599 on the Jenn-Air website. Of course, since it was a discontinued model, it was no longer available. The floor model at Kees had a price tag of $2599 when I looked at it. When I called today for a price, they gave me the above quote of $2650. So Kees wanted $50 more than the MSRP on a discontinued floor model microwave. I would be very wary of making any purchases from this store. I find their business practice to be unethical.

The Holland Grill company only sells thru retailers but their claim of no flame flair-ups is attractive & true! The cooking style takes a while to get used to because its more like baking than grilling. You measure time and temperature rather than poking or viewing your food to see if it's done. You cannot burn a steak, impossible. You may overcook it but amazingly, it may be well done but still juicy. That's because you cook with the lid down so flavor, steam & juices stay in the food. Their moto is - if your looking, its not cooking! I highly recommend you buy the searing unit. It's easy to install and gives one a traditional open flame grill component. Kinda costly at $1200 for the grill & $450 for the searing unit but fully assembled. USA made! I like the above arrangement very much and am pleased on the purchase. Only downside- costumer service needs to match the excellence of the grill. Very hard to impossible to get a person at the company to call or contact. And my retailer wasn't much help. We placed our order on March 21 and were told to expect delivery in approximately 2 weeks. In reality, the order was not delivered until April 29--over a month later. During that time, communication was consistently poor. I called the store multiple times for updates and was repeatedly told there were "issues at the distributor." However, when I contacted the distributor directly, I was told the items were in stock, which raises serious questions about what was actually happening with our order. When the delivery finally arrived, the experience deteriorated further. The grill and cabinets--both very heavy items--were simply left in the driveway. There was no attempt to coordinate delivery time, and no effort to place the items anywhere near the installation area. For products of this size and price point, this level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the invoice listed a propane (LP) model, even though we had clearly discussed and intended to purchase a grill compatible with a direct natural gas line. This points to a lack of attention to detail and raises concerns about overall order accuracy. In total, we spent over $4,500 and received a level of service that fell well below expectations. While delays can happen, the combination of poor communication, questionable explanations, lack of follow-through, and careless delivery reflects a broader issue with how this business operates. We generally prefer to support local retailers, but in this case, we would have been far better off purchasing from a reputable online retailer where communication, order accuracy, and delivery expectations are clearly managed.

Today, was my FINAL shopping experience at Burney. I had purchased a few screws for a project a week or so ago and didn't need them. Today, I tried to return them and buy some more items. I thought I had the receipt in the bag but I did not seem to have it with me. I asked if I could return them without the receipt. The total for the four screws was a whopping .82. I was told that they couldn't return them without the receipt as they have hundreds of SKU numbers and they wouldn't know which one I was returning. This made logical sense until I looked at my bag a little further. The gentleman that helped me pick out the screws didn't seem to write down the SKU number on my bag! How was it rung up when I purchased it? I assume by some generic key that charged me the .82, the same generic key that could have refunded my .82! Sorry Burney you lost me for good over this one, shame on your staff!

The tech called Stihl and sent them pictures trying to get them to deny doing the warranty. The saw had a scratch from where it sits on my trailer. The tech told Stihl I did some crazy stuff when he didn't even know. So Stihl denied it. I called Stihl and they told me they don't know why the tech called and sent them pictures trying to get it denied but they said yea clear warranty problem. I've emailed the store several times trying to speak with a manager and the won't respond. They kept my saw for two months before they called me and said we can't fix under warranty. Now I have to take saw to different shop out my area. Sorry place. Hate I spent so much money there
