They told me that the MSRP was $3100 and that I was getting a discount of almost $500. Well, I had researched the price of this microwave before looking at local appliance stores. The MSRP was $2599 on the Jenn-Air website. Of course, since it was a discontinued model, it was no longer available. The floor model at Kees had a price tag of $2599 when I looked at it. When I called today for a price, they gave me the above quote of $2650. So Kees wanted $50 more than the MSRP on a discontinued floor model microwave. I would be very wary of making any purchases from this store. I find their business practice to be unethical.

While the company itself does not, the salesman I met, Aaron, did such work on the side. He came to my house the next day, explained everything that happens with your air dryer vent and what the cleaning process entailed. Prompt, professional and courteous. Would definitely use Kees Appliance again.

We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.

Apple support set up my appointment for my iPhone 16 Pro Max less than a year old to have a system analysis. The two main issues are my battery not keeping a charge and my volume getting lower and lower as I use it. In less than two seconds, she said there's nothing wrong with my battery and then she looks at me says I can't do anything about the volume. She claimed that the only thing I can do is a factory reset. I said I don't want a factory reset cause it erase everything she had me open up the phone. She said you have iCloud don't worry about it. She did not say hey let me back it up. Or would you like to back it up now? At first she said it was gonna take 10 minutes after those 10 minutes turned into over an hour and then when she finally handed me the phone, my phone was is locked. The passcode that I've always been using for years was not working. She handed me a piece of paper with Apple support number again and walked away. I could not open my phone I could not open my phone so I asked the young man that was there with her. I said I need to speak with a manager please. He said no no no no don't worry about it. I will unlock the phone. He finally unlock the phone. Everything was wiped clean my contacts my photos, my notes. Literally everything to include my iCloud storage completely wiped clean. I went back to the store within 24 hours. The same person whose name I believe is Janice or Elise. She has long black hair, Caucasian lady who looks like her life is miserable. She was back at the geek squad desk? I asked to speak with a the store manager she's playing games. What do you mean manager? I said I need to speak with a store manager please. And kept asking me what do you mean tech-support manager, appliance's manager I do t understand. I told her the manager who's over the store. The store manager please. Finally, I noticed who she was talking to because I was standing in the front of the store and I noticed there's a gentleman on his mic while she's on the mic so I figured out that he was the manager. I asked him if there's a place that we can speak about this manner in private he said no. I explained to him my situation. He says well there's nothing that I can do here. I'm gonna contact the office in Fayetteville. They have they are much knowledgeable than I am. I will call you back this week Monday at the latest. I never got a call back so I went back to the store today. I spoke with another store the same chick was at the geek squad desk playing games again what do you mean manager? I said I need to speak with the store manager the person who's over everybody here. I finally spoke with him and told him exactly what had happened. His first name is Edward said I'm gonna look into this sorry this happened. I am going to go ahead and do some investigating and see if there's anything that I can assist you with. I've been in and out of meetings all day long when he finally left me a message. He asked me did I back everything up and I told him I said why you asking me if I packed anything up when the complaint is about the fact that my phone was factory reset and erased everything I was not offered the opportunity to back anything up. He told me to go ahead and call the corporate office. The corporate office is telling me that I needed to file the official complaint at the actual store where happened and they needed to escalate the issue. This was never offered to me after calling corporate several times and explain to them what had happened. Same thing you need to start with the store bottom line that chick is still working at the store playing games with customers being rude no repercussion nothing was done as if I was just nobody and who cares if everything was white clean here it is over a week ago if anything was able to be done it should've been done within the 24 hours that I was there. I would not recommend Best Buy in Aberdeen to anybody. Customer service is absolutely horrible and management would not do the proper thing and let me file an official complaint in writing. I will be making sure to put this on every social media platform that I use because this should not happen the way the elderly lady in front of me was treated should've never happened. The way I was ignored should've never happened.

I paid full price for a "Display", something that I've never done before. Poor communication & mis representation!!! Had the salesperson as well as the store manager verbalized that this was a "Display", I would have not bought. Called again in early Aug they said the repair guy comes at the end of the month and would call for an appt. after not receiving a call for the 5 th time I called on the 30 th for an update then was told my warranty expired. So I went to tell the mgr the story he was asking around what this paper for someone just printed my sales info and left it sitting around no not nothing. Once I explained my story he basically told me tiff crap your out of warranty and today was the first he's herd of it so tuff luck. Could of cared less even said if I called back when I said I did they couldent do anything cause of covid. I understand covid has everyone backed up but months without a callback then told tuff luck really stinks after spending 5 grand. I'm disabled or would do it myself he dident even offer a number for repair guy. Disappointing need to find a place that cares about customer service. Could of called a repair guy months ago had I been told but I called while it was still under warranty the first time. Need negative stars
