We had an annoying problem with a Samsung refrigerator ice maker, bought and previously serviced by Sears. Their service was so poor we actually cancelled our Sears credit card because of the experience. Jay not only repaired our problem he also showed us possible corrective measure for future use. This was a great experience and we now keep their business card on the fridge for future reference…read more Shortly after moving into our new home, our gas oven was filling the kitchen with gas, which prompted our neighborhood to then fill with emergency vehicles - quite a way to meet the neighbors. We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.

I purchased a sectional living room set ($3000.00) from the Aberdeen, NC store. I went back to the…read morestore 3 days later and noticed that this same sectional was not in the store. When questioning the salesperson in regards to this must be a poplar sectional, she stated "No", yours was the " Display". I called the store manager, and he was of no help. I paid full price for a "Display", something that I've never done before. Poor communication & mis representation!!! Had the salesperson as well as the store manager verbalized that this was a "Display", I would have not bought. Im very disappointed in this store being that I have been a patronizing customer for 23 years & to be treated like this is beyond great customer service! Never again!!!

Called again in early Aug they said the repair guy comes at the end of the month and would call for an appt. after not receiving a call for the 5 th time I called on the 30 th for an update then was told my warranty expired. So I went to tell the mgr the story he was asking around what this paper for someone just printed my sales info and left it sitting around no not nothing. Once I explained my story he basically told me tiff crap your out of warranty and today was the first he's herd of it so tuff luck. Could of cared less even said if I called back when I said I did they couldent do anything cause of covid. I understand covid has everyone backed up but months without a callback then told tuff luck really stinks after spending 5 grand. I'm disabled or would do it myself he dident even offer a number for repair guy. Disappointing need to find a place that cares about customer service. Could of called a repair guy months ago had I been told but I called while it was still under warranty the first time. Need negative stars
