We appreciated him too because he went the extra mile sanding the back of our dryer where a too large of quilt was dried and left it kind of burned on. I had a fantastic experience with A+ Appliance. My dryer stopped working. Got a quote from another local appliance and A+ Appliance and A+ Appliance's quote for a service call was $30 cheaper. That was the start to a good experience! I called and quickly got an appointment set up for two days later. They give a two hour window and Adam arrived right in the middle of that window. I told him the issue and started explaining what I thought it was from my own research. He never once acted annoyed or frustrated with me speaking my mind about what I thought or with me standing over him the whole time he was working. He quickly found the issue and had the part ready to install with him (it was a pretty simple fix). He then took the time to check over the other parts and cleaned up everything to make sure they would continue to work well (this is like a 20 year old dryer).
