explained everything to me was polite and punctual he was very thorough and didn't just rush through read more

Shane texted me the day before the appointment. He informed me that arrival time would be between 7:30 and 9:30 am. He finally arrived about 9:45. Shane is an unusual individual to put it mildly. He is difficult to understand when he tries to explain what the problem is. The final analysis was that my dryer would be too expensive to repair. I seriously doubt that I will use a Sears appliance repair in the future. read more

Shane did an excellent job. He's very knowledgeable and funny. It's nice to have someone with a sense of humor showing up once and a while.

I am totally disgusted with this company! They start out with a time frame for service 8a-5p! The day of service they keep changing the schedule multiple times! I would never use this service again . I ended up canceling service read more

Service was great diagnosed problems and fix cause. Personable and professional My only issue was getting two texts that morning with Different times . I needed to run back home after second text. read more

Shane thoroughly checked out the issue with my aging Frigidaire washer in a timely manner. He was able to give me a cost estimate on all of the parts that were needed for the repair. It was easy to see that it was cheaper to buy a new washer. Shane recommended a low cost LG model and advised me on questions to ask the dealer regarding installation, delivery, and haul away costs. I would use him again and highly recommend him to diagnose any appliance issue. read more

Was a great appt. Quick assessment and diagnosis. Will use them again 100% Shane was fantastic read more

The tech was very knowledgeable. Identified a few things that could be wrong with washer. Due to lack of parts with him, he was unable to repair wash read more

The service tech was very knowledgeable showed up on time and completed the repair quickly

Service was ok....Shane ,I'm sure is a good tech...he wanted me to stand and watch him...I can't stand a long time so I said no...don't think he liked that...he talks alot about irrelevant subjects..as far as services they were ok...but part was here and still had to wait...also, it would be good if the customer was able to have a person to speak to...not computers ...all in all, not too bad...thank you read more

The technician did not listen and did not want to understand my problem. He wanted 413. 00 dollars to install a 45 dollar part

Expert technician. Mr. Shane put us at ease and fixed our refrigerator. The service reminders, timely service, part ordered, received and installation, all professionally carried out. Thank you Shane! read more

Made an appointment in sometime in December 2024 for Dec. 27 - "between 8 am and 5 pm" for a clothes washer repair. Technician arrived around mid-day and spent much more time talking about himself and his life history than diagnosing the problem. Then, without opening the machine case. he ordered some parts, claiming he knew what the problem was. The technician then made another appointment for January 10 (approximately 2 weeks later) for completion of the repair. The parts arrived a couple of days later. Jan 10 has come and gone with no repair. The best Sears can do, after my spending more than a half-hour on the phone with several hard-to-understand people with heavy accents, is to have me wait another two weeks for an appointment (again "between 8 and 5"). I'm beyond Pissed! This is not the kind of service I expected by paying $60 a month for a service contract and $100 for a visit from a technician, especially when the listings for Sears Home Services say, in multiple places, "Same/Next Day service". There have been no emails confirming dates or a receipt for the up-front payment. "You pays your money and you takes your chances." read more

will never buy a warranty again no service no results 3 times trying to get something done.and they finally send someone and they won't fi the fridge that has broken drawers and cracked freezer door.what a waste of time and money never again. read more

The service tech was not helpful and made no attempt for interim repair. I would NOT recommend this service

I can say enough about Shane K. He came through the door with a smile and an air of confidence. He talked me through everything he did and was open to any questions. It is highly unusual for one to say that they enjoyed a repairman's visit. My wife and I ENJOYED Shane's visit. read more

We had a lg fridge that was purchased in july 2016. They told us that it was under warranty for 5 years oarts and labor. When the service compamy showed up A&E service an outside contractor they said the labor wasn't under warranty. So they told us it would be $450 for labor but it we buy the extended warranty for $49 a month they would only charge $228. This is a scam with further investigation the warranty for the compressor was extended to 7 years in 2018 because LG knew that there was a problem with this also verified by the service at A&E . The service at sears and A&E should know about this and ignored it just to make some extra monies. I will not pay this and the monies should be collected fromLG Richard Harrod read more

Convenient and professional. Much more expensive than my last routine tuneup.

Terrible!!! Our 2 year old Bosch Dishwasher stopped working and we had your repair man look at it. Every time we ran it the breaker would trip. He didn't spend anytime at all poking around, didn't take anything apart or run any tests. Confidently told me it was broken and I needed a new one. I ordered a new dishwasher and had it installed and the same problem happened. I did not need a new dishwasher...I needed a $20 electric breaker and I ended up paying $1500 for repair service/new dishwasher/ and install when I tried to get my old dishwasher back 2 days later, it had been crushed. read more

I am happy with the service of fixing my washer BUT-they left the washing machine drum in the middle of my yard! I am a senior and cannot lift the heavy box. How am I to get rid of it? read more
