They showed up and said it was broken, they didn't have equipment to figure it out and said I should just buy a new one or one of their used ones. I paid $90 for them to tell me what I already knew. (I was not charged for the 2 times they came back) After talking with them on the phone, my bill was lowered because they guarantee 100% satisfaction. Brought my Richard vacuum in for fixing due to it smelling hot. I should have been skeptical…read morebecause the guy seemed more concerned with selling me a new one. The cost for adjustments he recommended was $80. When I picked it up he said he ran it and it was good but can never "guarantee" how long a motor is good for. Well I'm pretty sure he didn't do anything and just took my money the first time I ran it at home it started smelling hot and smoking. I will not be returning. Shame on me for giving him $80 for nothing.
