They will do it several times within 6 months for you. My girls work multiple jobs while in college and do not sleep "normal" hours, grab sleep when they can. They have been in their current place 6 months and this morning 2 guys decided to let themselves in to check fire detectors??? I had literally just face timed one of my daughters 2 days ago while her boyfriend changed a battery in one of them, so the answer is "NO", it was not an emergency. Had the company called to ask about the detectors before sneaking in early this morning, they would have been informed as such. If you like leaving multiple messages to fix a bathtub that is leaking through the ceiling, or about mold growing on the baseboards- this is right up your alley! They could not care any less. If you like being hung up on when you call to complain about random workers letting themselves in without notice, enjoy! They are not a safe company to work with. Beware!!!!!

I received an estimate to fabricate the metal on an HVAC unit and a simple shingle repair service. The estimate was $398. He requested to knock it out the next day (which was suspicious). He "completed" the work by providing 2 4inch foil tape patches and replaced a total of 3 shingles. He then requested my wife (not me, who he had coordinated with) to pay $650, knowing that I was at work. I then got on the roof myself to double check and noticed some tiles that should have been replaced. When I told him that it was egregious to pay $650 for not even 0.5 hours of work --camera footage of arrival and departure recorded-- He dropped the 25% arbitrary upcharge. In the end, I paid $520 to be done with the situation and scheduled a second inspection from another company to ensure the work was completed properly. I was not provided any photos of the roof inspection thereafter

Project for 2 egress windows was to start end of April to early May. Didn't start until June…read more On July 8th I asked them to not come back to my property. Window 1: the well is not centered. The window is not squared in place. Window 2: the well is not secured to the foundation. There are chunks of foundation missing on the inside. And I don't trust that there aren't chunks of foundation missing where the window is placed and I can't see. Windows are placed at different heights from each other. Negligent in the fact that they didn't cover vents or seal off bedrooms while cutting cement. Our ducts and hvac system are full of concrete dust. They did deduct the air duct cleaning from our final price. I should have demanded they cover more of the damage they caused. Dead grass in 3 large patches of my lawn from dirt sitting there for an extended period of time. Chipped and broken siding. No leveling or grading of the ground around the window wells. At the end of the day, if you want to schedule a project and have the project done in a timely fashion, don't hire them. If you don't care about the time frame, still don't hire them. They can't even measure or square up a window.
